    I bought this mainly for the lidded roasting dish. The other elements were handy so it made sense to buy the package. I cooked a chicken in the lidded roasting dish and the results were really impressive. Lovely browned skin, and no more messing around with foil which invariably got stuck to the chicken skin near the base. I can't comment on how ling the coating will last yet, but first impressions are good.

    I used these today to cook our Christmas dinner. The Turkey did not need basting and my family were impressed how moist the meat was. These are nonstick too so it was quite easy to removed the food. I would highly recommend these oven ware and very good value for money.

    I recommend these products, good quality big and multi use, the roaster ill easily fit a turkey, an the oval roaster will fit a large shoulder of lamb or Large family size peice of beef so please with this purchase.
