I love the colour this has made my hair, purple in the dark and a really deep red in the sun! Stunning although I didn’t realise its purpose is for lightening and changing the tone of dark hair and made the mistake of putting it on my naturally light hair so my roots are completely bright! Thankfully it still looks good, in my opinion anyway.

Brilliant colour as I expected. Only issue the colour fades after a week. However the product is outstanding

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful Vibrant Colour
I'm not a professional hairstylist but have dyed my hair every colour over the 30 years I've been able to get hold of hair dye! This means I often get myself to a stage where I can either cut all my hair off and start again or try and recover my whole head in a block colour.I chose the Igora Royal L89 for it's red undertones, vibrancy and knowing the fade would be more manageable.I bet you'd never guess what was underneath the Igora L89 colour from the photo? The before:Let's set the scene as to what this hair dye was facing.Root colour: brownMid length colour: brown with red undertones from permanent Violet colour (box dye that didn't take)1st Lower length colour: previously bleached to Level 9 and demi permanent purple with blue undertones applied.2nd Lower length colour: Purple faded to blue, then green. Re bleached to strip colour.3rd final lower length colour: level 8 blonde, faded to pastel green/white for the last 2 inches of hair.I purposely picked this colour of Violet, the red undertones should cancel out the green pigment left over from the original purple dye.The process:I already have the Schwarzkopf Blondme 30 Vol (9%) developer for my bleaching.I used the Blondme developer rather than the Igora developer because they have the same oil based properties.Note** If you use these professional hair colours please purchase the developer that is best suited to it, otherwise you may not got the results you expected!!I used ratio (1:1) on my roots/mid lengths and (1:2) on my ends. I used my measuring scales to ensure I had the correct amount of developer to colour and mixed well. The colour is bright, pillar box red when initially mixed! The colour is very rich and has a nice creamy consistency, it blends well with the developer. When mixed it's a thick cream (even at ratio 1:2) and I didn't drip or splash one morsel of this anywhere other than my head!I started with my ends, they didn't require the lift but did need time to correct the colour differences than the rest of my hair. I then did my mids and then my roots (to try and avoid hot roots) and left for 45 minutes.I could see my ends were already violet whilst I was waiting for the rest to develop, so I had an idea how bright it was going to be!Once rinsed I applied a recovery mask for 5 minutes and then treated my ends to a leave in conditioner. The result is beautiful. I have a consistent colour that is bold and hair that isn't too damaged from the lifting/dye process. There was no additional breakage to my hair and one wash in, it's feeling strong and healthier. There is colour run off but I think it's mainly from the scalp. It's a very pigmented colour so anything touched by it will remain that colour, remember to wear gloves, even on your first few washes because it will still leave colour on your skin. The picture is after my first proper wash and air dry, I can see a very faint fading on the tips.I expected this, this hair has been bleached several times and I didn't get my hopes up it would take! I'll be going for a cut soon so the ends won't be an issue.Overall an excellent professional colour that with a little care and the right products can be applied at home.
Buona marca

100% Zufrieden!
**keine bezahlte Rezension**
