I would highly recommend this tea to anyone who is breastfeeding. I didn't think I'd like the unique taste but it is one of the nicest herbal teas I have tried. When I had mastitis, my milk supply severely decreased so I'm trying anything I can to increase it again and so far the tea does seem to be helping.

I had the raspberry leaf tea prior to my bang being born. Everyone told me how disgusting this was yet on my first big nose holding sip I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it taste great it smelt great too. The tea bags are 2x use and I popped them in a pot next to my kettle for the second use.When I decided to breastfeed I knew instantly that this would be the tea for me!! Very subtle tastes but also very delicious. I do believe that this as well as vitamins has kept my milk flowing! It’s not easy!I LOVE the branding, I love the the ethos of the business and the goal they’re heading towards.I’m enjoying every cup with my beautiful little girl. Excited to hear about new products and can’t wait to try them! THANK YOU.Products- 10/10Taste- 10/10Packaging- 10/10Business- 10/10Literally nothing id improve!!

Not too sure if they helped with the milk production but it tastes very nice, at least the first time. You can use the bags two times but the second time just tastes very watered down. It definitely helps with an unsettled stomach.

After drinking around 2-3 cups a day for a few days, I noticed a significant increase in my milk supply, which was a relief. The fact that each tea bag can be used multiple times helps justify the slightly higher price compared to other teas on the market.However, I want to mention that there were some downsides. During the first few days of taking the tea I experienced a bit of a stomachache, and it seemed to send me to the toilet more frequently than usual. This was a concern, but thankfully only lasted a couple of days. Afterwards I had to issues at all.

The key ingredient in these is the fenugreek to increase milk supply. They taste quite nice, compared to other tea marketed for the same purpose

I want to open this review by saying I bought this tea with absolutely 0 expectation of it working, but desperate and willing to try everying! I've been EBF my LO since birth 5 weeks ago and additionally pumping once or twice a day to build up a freezer stash. Recently my milk supply dropped off so my pumping dropped from a regular output of 60-80ml per boob to a soulcrushing 10-20ml. Had this tea 2 days in a row and I kid you not my pumped output on the 2nd day jumped to 100ml output per boob!!!! Now it could be coincidence, I was actively staying super hydrated and did also have more oats in my diet too but it seems very coincidental. I'm day 3 of drinking the tea (once a day) and output still going strong. It doesn't taste the most amazing so wouldn't drink solely for pleasure but it's not offensive and by brewing for just 3-4 mins the first time there's plenty of flavour/colour left for a second brew the next day.If you're getting desperate to fix a dwindling milk supply I would highly recommend giving this a go, for me personally it was well worth the money! Will update if my supply drops off again.

I honestly did see an increase in milk production when I drank this tea so I do believe it works.It’s not delicious but drinkable. Will buy again for next baby.

This product did not help with my supply at all, if anything it made it worse. I went from just about getting 5oz to barely 1oz within a few days of drinking this. I personally would recommend this tea at all.

Tastes awful but works
The weleda brand definitely tastes better than this one. Both worked the same for me.Do not brew your tea too long or else it will taste extremely bitter.Though it's really awful it does work. My tip is if you don't like the taste, wait for the tea to cool down and then scull it so it's over quickly.

We had high hopes but really disappointed with results. It did not work whatsoever!
Tastes like liquorice
Did not seem to make a difference to my milk supply unfortunately. Taste was okay, but I'm not one for herbal teas, so to someone else it may taste delicious.

I only purchased one box of these for my daughter when she had her baby, she didn't feel any difference but perhaps if we had bought more she would have seen results with longer use, so unsure.
