These work really well. I had alot of issues with thrush and these seem to massively reduce this. Only issue is the price! My goodness they seem to be going up every month and for only 30 tablets at £40 thats £1.33 per tablet! Because of this, I've actually started looking elsewhere for simular alternatives.

I’ve been on this for a month and noticed such a difference in my gut health. I originally started these after having been in the hospital on IV abx for a week. I’m quite keen to continue on them-I’ve had less bloating, more regular BMs, less abdominal cramping - but they are quite expensive! I’ve looked for cheaper alternatives but it doesn’t appear that they have the same quality of ingredients.

I was not very confident when I purchased this supplement, but was pushed by the other comments.I absolutely love it now! It worked for me, after two babies I was feeling bloated and could not shake off any weight. After 30 days, or so, using it, I noticed changes to my body, and now, 3 months after, I’ve come down to size M.It worked for me! Might not work for someone else, but it did for me- and I love it!

Was looking for a good pro/ prebiotic and found these.Sadly, had to wait for shipping so I hope Bolo/ seller will stock in Uk for easier access to uk customersToo soon to review efficacy but size is ok for someone who hates swallowing tablets and the ingredients look great

I tried 2 bottles so far and it works wonderfully. Bloatedness has subsided. I was supposed to get my 3rd bottle today but oh dear! they just increased the price again. It seems they are increasing the price every freaking month. Now I am confuse coz I am thinking to try another brand but might not work as good as this one.

I struggled with thrush for about 6 months.Went to the doctor at least 4/5 times. Fluconazle and pessaries, I’m not sure how many i’ve taken I can’t even count. One day, I thought 💭 let me try something different as maybe I’m resistant to these tablets. I was a bit discouraged to take probiotics as I am actually anaemic, and read so much about probiotics slowing down recovery if you have a weakened immune system. So I started building up my immune system with food and juice (cucumber, ginger, Kefir etc) for a week/ two and I also started taking my iron tablets consistently (for a week/two)Anyway, it’s such a long story for me but I saw a review here that said “one a day keeps the thrush away” and that’s why I bought it!Let me tell you, this is day 3 of taking this and I feel like I already notice a difference, I will finish the course of these tablets but possibly will try a cheaper one for the reminder of the year, as it is pricey. But it looks like it’s so worth it, haven’t seen a drop of thrush since I started. Tiny tiny tiny belly ache on the first day of taking it, nothing after that.Yes go ahead and try it for yourself, I have so much relief !!!

Have suffered from bloating, constipation, uncomfortable feeling in lower back and pelvis, feeling of fullness etc. Put it down to menopause - nothing seemed to work till i found these magical probiotics pills. I felt a difference after about 3 days - this is my 2nd week and my symptoms have improved tremendously. I take one first thing in the morning with plain fat free greek yogurt on an empty stomach. They are thick but not too bad. I drink plenty of water throughout the day - lockdown has helped me focus more on my digestive health. Try these you will not be disappointed!
