    This is fantastic. I have recommended this to my mother, sister and best friend and they all love it. Notice the effects immediately. Not too sedating, take at night for a wonderful deep sleep, feeling grounded and restored on waking. We all noticed a significant reduction of anxiety and just overall agitation. Thoughts not as negative - can’t be a coincidence we all noticed the same. Great for mindfulness practice, meditation and becoming less reactive more responsive. Can’t recommend enough 👍🏽

    I was shocked at how quickly I noticed a difference taking these! I've tried a lot of supplements but this one has definitely improved my mental clarity, eradicated my hot flushes and generally lifted my mood. It hasn't made much difference to my sleep yet (currently only take 1 first thing, might try taking 1 at night too) but even if i wake groggy from an early wake up, it gives me a boost and I don't feel tired for long. Definitely feel calmer too and not sweating the small stuff so much!

    When I first bought this product I couldn't stand the taste and was seriously doubting my choice in spending so much money on it. But because of the money spent I decided to persevere. I took about half of the spoon provided, mixed with hot water, a bit of coconut oil (because I read taking it with oil helps absorption) and a bit of honey to taste. It tasted like the soot collected from a bbq - disgusting!! Now after a couple of months taking it pretty much everyday, i dont mind the taste so much. I think it helps my energy, but to be honest im always busy and tired so i could do with all the help i can get, and i doubt anything could make me feel 100%. What i have noticed is since ive taken this I haven't caught any bugs or illnesses, not even a sore throat, which is pretty amazing for me because at the beginning of the year I was catching everything going, I even had the flu so my immune system felt non existent. Because of this I have decided to buy more as I feel I kind of need it now just for my immune system. I am nearly at the end of the powdered shilajit. This time I am going to buy the resin and see if that is any better. Will let you know. An important point.... I have used fulvic acid before and you need to take that with filtered water. Something to do with the chloride reacting badly with fulvic acid and it becomes toxic. There is fulvic acid in shilajit, so I only drink it with filtered water from my water filter - and if you have drinks before or after taking it (like tea, coffee, juice) they should really be filtered too.

    Shilajit and Ashiwhganda are a good combination that elevates mood and keeps me productive and enthusiastic at work, getting compliments from my supervisor (and being a bloody annoyance to my workmates). Will try other shilajit products, but looking like I will come back to this one. Good buy.

    With such a mystical and exotic sounding name, it seems like it should work wonders, but I found it only has a mild effect after a week or two of taking it every day. Maybe slightly less tired and more active, but like a lot of these supplements your body just adapts to it and then the effects wear off.I've been taking this Ashwagandha for 3 months now, so you would think the long term positive effects should be starting to work by now, but I have no energy and flu like symptoms that won't go away and mental decline.. so no improvement by taking these expensive supplements

    I've taken both ashwaganda and shilajit in the past for nervous system support, sleep and dealing with high stress levels. These capsules are so much easier than taking the shilajit in paste form, so it just means I'm actually taking them regularly rather than skipping doses. I've always found ashwaganda supportive, and this combination is really helping me. I've looked into the company and seen their lab reports for the purity of their shilajit - they're really knowledgeable and happy to give further information.
