Purchased one of these to replace a failed mechanism, the item fits ok etc but I have a problem with its accuracy (loosing a few minutes a day) messaged the supplier vis their listed route and heard nothing back. So…. If it works you’re all good, if it doesn’t doesn’t expect any assistance.

It took less than 2 weeks for the mechanism to slow down, despite 2 new batteries being used. This product is not fit for purpose, and the customer support is via an email address, believed to be in China. The seller has failed to respond after being contacted. I would urge anyone considering to buy this, to consider carefully alternative options. If the seller really cares about their reputation, they should read this review and respond!! Does anyone at Bolo care about its customers' feedback and the lack of response to feedback?
