As expected with Camelbak- a quality, well engineered product with clever design. This is the only water bottle I use, and being able to order a replacement lid saves wastage of binning a perfectly good bottle just because the old lid has been well used over 10 years.

Bought this to replace the original cap for my Eddy 1L. Such a good change. Was cheaper then replacing the original valve bite and straw. Workers great. The magnetic holding it brilliant. Great for flights as the valve bite leaked due to pressure.

I managed to loose the rubber seal from the cap of my CAMELBAK Chute. Despite CAMELBAK’s got your back guarantee they don’t hold replacement seals. So a new cap was required. This was perfect.

My old straw lid (eddy) started to get really dirty and was really hard to clean. The magnet in this lid is game-changing! No more lids hitting you in the face as you drink and has been completely leakproof so far. It's been in bags and cars, has been dropped and has been through the dishwasher and it still like new. Great product.

Fits on camelbak or contingo bottles
I was an early adopter of the camelbak water bottles. My dad's company (Eastman Chemical) made the proprietary BPA free plastic and sold them in their company store before they were popularized on the market. One challenge for these bottles has been the straw feature getting a hole in it and subsequent leaking. They tried reengineering it but success was elusive. Enter the mag chute. This cap does not leak. I am very pleased. As a bonus, when my contingo bottle hit the ground, I tested the mag chute on it as they do not sell replacement caps. It works for it too! Oddly you can't put a contingo cap on a camelbak with good results. I cannot explain this.
Also fits Podium and Nalgene bottles
I bought it to use my CamelBak Podium steel bottle as a general purpose (not only cycling) bottle.It also works well Nalgene (big) water bottles.It fits both Podium and Nalgene bottles perfectly like a glove. A great upgrade to both of them.
