Use this as a hand and face moisturiser. Skin is dry and it an effective barrier against the weather. I do a lot of walking and require an effective barrier moisturiser. My dermatologist suggested I use Vaseline, but I am reluctant as it contains petroleum. The natural ingredients constituting this ointment are one of the primary reasons for trying, and now being committed to using, this product.A little goes a long way.I have been using it for 3 months now and will continue to do so as am very pleased with this product.
