I bought the original first but moved to the colour this time. It is menthol and feels very cooling on my scalp. I have lichen sclerosis and this causes patches of very itchy skin which get worse with perfumed products and I have used head and shoulders for years but that strips the colour from your hair so I tried this and it is very, very good. There is a leave in product included which I spray on my front and crown before I blow dry my hair and this has helped make my hair look much thicker on the top. My hair is in much better condition now too. Well worth the money. I ordered this on a subscription but unfortunately its been cancelled as this product is no longer available so I will just go back to the original pack.as that was just as good

Great deal price and smell is peppermint beautiful to smell really cleanses your head just a small amount say size of a 10p only needs one wash I feel for my hair to feel good

I was sceptical about this My hairdresser had commented on my hair loss which I had noticed and my hair is thinning I colour my hair so wanted a product which wouldn’t strip the colour It doesn’t and the latest visit to the hairdresser had a real improvement with very little loss.

I have used this product before as part of the 3-part system as a recommendation of my hairdresser to manage my hair thinning. Its somewhat effective and seems to have helped to slow my hair loss. When I stopped using it, it definitely showed how much of a difference it was making. I would advise not to use unless recommended by someone who knows what they're talking about, as the product has different 'systems' depending on each individuals need. My hairdresser did a course that taught her about how these products work and who should be using them, so I trust her judgement on this. This product arrived on the stated date and was as expected.

I can't say my hair became long term thick, however after each wash my hair feels thicker for a couple of days. I didn't think I was getting a miracle.

I have used Nioxin before when I wanted to improve the condition of my hair and grow it. I have used several other products which have worked. Thought I would try this again as I like to mix up what I use. This time I haven't seen any improvement and it has triggered eczema on my neck. It has a menthol, mint scent which causes a cooling effect on the scalp. That won't be to everyone's liking. Won't buy this again.
