Really nice fry pan, not some cheap aluminium and detrimental to the health. This heats well and fully, and my eggs are done in a jiffy. I use it on solid state hob which i electric and it is just fine. Washes very easily.I am very happy with this. Please note it is totally non stick, it doesnt peel, it is a very solid, easy to use pan. When I fry eggs or steak anything it all just slides around and a wipe with kitchen towel cleans the pan too! love it!

I have waited with reviewing this pan for over a year to be able to write an honest review especially considering its durability. I saw some reviews criticise this part. For me, the non-stick effect after 1 year is just as it was new, one of the best I've ever experienced. However, I'm using it on the induction hub which might be relevant. This pan is made of steal, not aluminum as most of the pans that people are used to. Because of the material used, it has an exceptional heat distribution and heat capacity that allows you to fry a proper steak, which is more difficult on the aluminum pan (that quickly cools down in the spot where you put the meat). But there is a thing to it that there is also a greater delay between putting it on the gas hob and getting it heated as well as taking it off and getting it cooled. Because of that, you can more easily burn the remaining oil on it even when you already take it from the gas hob (as it keeps being hot for longer). This is why I think some people managed to destroy their pans and claim that it looses the non-sticking capability. Yes, if you burn oil on it, it will be difficult to clean, it works like that on every surface, even the best non-sticking one. I have managed to use it normally for over 1 year and it doesn't show any wear but as induction hub gives you have better control over the heat, I have never burned any oil on it. The cleaning is still just wiping it with a sponge under running water, takes seconds to do this. Better not to put it to a dishwasher as aggressive chemicals eventually will degrade the non-sticking capabilities.

Sep/4/2018:The quality of this pan is very good, I am amazed.The pan and grip parts are stainless steel so that it's oven-safe and easy to clean.Such right weight to handle by one-hand but not too light.I've only used this pen twice for frying rice and noodle with metal spoon (mildly, obviously) cleaned with plastic clean brush, but the coating condition was perfect as it was.It remains with some spots where I burnt my food, but that's obvious thing because it's supposed to be regardless of coating property which are also mostly cleanable by clean brush (no steel scrubber obviously).This is very good product from reliable branch and I don't know why this product has just a few reviews.I will update this review some months after.Sep/17/2018:Have used this pan for several times for various usages (steak, stir fried noodle and rice, baked pasta, etc) but this is perfectly good.Ceramic is very well coated such that you can even use metal spoon - don't do this though - for stir fry w/o skretch.Work well with oven, gas hob and obviously this should work for electric induction.It never sticks unless you burn sth hugely - which I did several time - but still foods don't stick even on the burnt parts.Very easy to clean with sponge and plastic brush (for burnt parts sake) since ceramic part pushes out remainders, sponge does almost all job and definitely no need to use steel scrubber.Sep/30/2018:Just wanted to report that you can actually fry eggs without oil.One should not fry something on any pan without oil and mine was extremely lazy and curious, but nothing stuck.The texture of fried egg w/o oil is like a pancake, quite amazed of eating that.Seeing some reviews for other products of this brand with the same coating still, I see most of bad reviews complaining about food being stuck on their pen after cooking.But what really happened was that they 'BURNT' their food, which has nothing to do with non-stick coating.When you burnt food, some carbonic molecules burn out and become black ashes mixed with hot oil so that it sticks to any solid surface.If one can create a pan that the black oily-paste of ash does not stick, he must consult this to NASA because they struggle against exactly the same thing.

Really pleased with this saiucepan. Its just the right size for 2 of us. Great from going from cooker to over. Accidentally, left in oven too long and burnt the contents. Found it really easy to clean which is unusual for saucepans Really pleased with this saucepan.

I am very dissappointed as the Non-stick function did not last more than one month. It only worked the first few weeks. Now all the food is sticking to the pan and the food is burnt. I was very happy at first to have found a healthy pan without Aluminium, but it does not work.

I like the fact that this is hopefully non toxic, being ceramic on steel, rather than PTFE on aluminium. I find it much better than my carbon steel/cast iron pans, easier to clean and more non-stick. However I'd advise buyers to always keep the heat to medium for the sake of the non-stick coating. Despite the fact that I cook on a low-wattage induction hob, I managed to overcook (burn) something, and now the non stick on that part of the pan is discoloured and doesn't always work quite as well. (Although it still works acceptably well.) My fault, my bad. I like this pan so much I'll probably buy another and try to treat it with more respect.
