    This was ok for caffeine energy but it seemed to make my teeth a little sensitive! ( don’t no if it is just me ) but the taste is good ! Mixed well .

    I’ve tried many brands and this one is by far my favourite in taste and value. I’ve tried pretty much all the flavours and I have yet to found one that I hated. They all taste soo good! My favourite ones are blue raspberry, cherry limeade, and orange! Love the energy it gives me as well during my workouts!

    Tastes awful and these idiots have sent me four emails since I bought it. Don’t buy unless you like drinking sweet washing powder. Is barely as effective as a red bull before the gym.

    I absolutely love BCAA Muscle recovery and highly recommend this product as I have been using this for over a year and it has been instrumental in my successful health journey. I do a lot of daily cardio and lift heavy weights 3-4 days per week, so I needed a product that would help me recover, yummy as well as most important for me as I am on a budget, cost effective and I FOUND IT IT WITH BCAA!! I am no longer waking up sore from my previous workout, infact, I have more energy and ready to go!!!You wont be disappointed, love it and I've only tried pink lemonade, which I loooooveeeeeee but, they have so many other flavors that I cannot wait to try so I can review them, but I know they will be GREAT too!!

    To be honest just started taking bcaa. Ordered the pink lemonade. Pretty sweet, will add more water next time. Took before lifting weights workout. Did notice more energy during workout but like I said just started will update in a month.
