I have used ENGN Shred for a few months now and the results have been good. I have tried quite a few of the products on the market in both the low and medium price range for a Pre-Workout supplement and 'Shred' is one of the best.Taste wise it is good, not too sweet but doesn't taste of chemicals as some of them do, particularly the cheaper. I did find it unusual at first, with quite a different 'peppery' taste, but after a couple of servings it was not as obvious, and I actually quite liked it.In terms of results as a pre-workout, it has been one of the better supplements i have tried. It comes on quickly, and as an early morning trainer really gives me a high amount of energy. I noticed my lifts increasing almost immediately as the lethargy of early morning training disappeared and my desire and focus to 'throw' the weights around increased. I have noticed that my tolerance to the supplement has increased with the initial buzz subsiding with continual use, but the focus and alertness still remains. I have started to cycle the use of it so i can keep feeling the benefits and build up too much of a tolerance. 'Shred' has helped me break through all my plateaus on ALL the big heavy compound lifts.In terms of the thermobolic effect, the heat and sweat coming off me at the end of every workout is quite unbelievable and the effect has not subsided with continual use. I do feel that this continues for a good part of the morning following the session.I terms of endurance i have found that I can push through higher and heavier rep ranges whilst using 'Shred'. I have also noticed improvements in Cardio work where i seem to be able to push through, little by little to longer distances and quicker times.All in all I am very happy with ENGN Shred hence why I keep coming back to it for my Pre-Workout of choice. A very good product, noticeable effects, no crashes, and I have experienced tangible results in performance enhancement, strength and endurance gains, and supporting weight loss. All for a reasonable price.

I recently purchased ENGN Shred Blue Raz Pre workout from Bolo, the first thing I noticed was the price. This was a rather fair price for the product which I purchased in comparison to some of the other pre workouts I have purchased in the past.The first time I tired this pre workout, I remember the taste being really nice, not too sweet but at the same time was rather refreshing and left a nice blue raspberry taste in my mouth. The pre workout mixed really well with the water amount suggested too.I noticed when I took this pre-workout for the first time, I had a nice kick of energy after about 20 minutes which helped me in the gym and gave me a really good session, no complains here. I believe due to the energy ingredients used, I didn’t get suddenly tired a couple hours after taking this pre-workout, and I could also sleep pretty easy at night after taking it in an evening.I noticed some of the focus and endurance benefits, I felt focused during my gym session and locked in to working out, and the pre-workout helped me get a new Personal Best Weight on my first use which surprised me a fair bit. I felt like I could always push for that one or two last reps on this pre-workout which was massive for me, and I would recommend 100%

When I started Buying this It was Approx £25 and for that price I would continue to do so.Mixes well, Tastes Ok, And gives me great energy and focus to dig deep on those Intense workouts.I have tried cherry limeaid, fruit punch, But Blu Raz was the best flavor.Cons:Don't leave for a few months as it clumps up in tub as moisture leaks in.The current Price of £40 is far too expensive Imo Hense why I stopped buying it.

I have been using EVL Nutrition Blue Raz for 6 months now, and absolutely love it. Having been involved in bodybuilding in my younger days I have used most pre-workout supplements on the market, including the originals which are no longer available on the UK Market. Having experience using a pre-workout for a month or two then feeling like its ineffective, I have not encountered this with EVL. Amazing surge of energy every time. It’s a product I now swear by and have recommended to many of my fellow gym goers and friends who also regularly use the product.It has a great taste and mixes very well, unlike most which leave gritty bits making it uncomfortable to drink. EVL for me mixes perfect, with no grit and is a pleasure to drink before heading to the gym.I find that if I take it around 45 minutes before my workout it works best, and I’m always surprised with the intense pump you get off this product.I also note, that I have had issues with pre-works before with regards to sleep, as I train late at night. I have no trouble sleeping with this product, albeit you have some amount of energy, so make sure you train hard!You can however become reliant on taking it before you train, as the days you miss it, you notice the drop in energy and pump which can put a downer on your workout.All in all, in 10+ years of training, using most pre-works and supps, this hands down has been the best product to date in terms of energy, pump, taste and endurance! It does make you sweat, but that could be down to how hard you train due to the surge of energy you have!
