    I used this on a very black tarnished antique silver perfume bottle top. It was virtually instant, and after a bit of rubbing and polishing, it looks marvelous instead of near black and horrible. Tub will last ages!

    I used Godard’s silver foam for years and this is very similar. It does the job but it’s a process of putting it on, rubbing the item with the sponge provided (depends how tarnished) then washing it off and drying again. So a lot but probably easier for cutlery than using a paste and cloth.

    I have some old "EPNS" plated tablespoons, which have seen better days, but they are proper old fashioned full size ones and therefore a pleasure to use. These were looking very tarnished after many years of use for all kinds of things.A quick rub with this cleaner using the supplied sponge, followed by a good rinse, and they are back to a lovely silver colour, not mirror shiny (I don't think these spoons were ever like that) but much better than they have looked in ages. Very pleased.
