    Have been taking the capsules to support the immune system, still early stages don't feel as tired. Am feeling the benefits so will keep taking them Also am diabetic so will support me there. Easy to take, and another benefit it supports is the stomach. So really pleased with this product and seller! Also helps pyschologicaly!

    the box is very thin which makes it easy to store, the lid however is a rectangle which means getting just one out is tricky, you will end up with several, which means you have manhandles them when they have to go back in, not ideal.the capsules are the small kind, easy to swallow, and the dosage is great - just the daily amount, no mega doses, of you need more, take more capsules.90 capsules is nearly 3 months worth so a good amount, saves having to remember to re-order all the time.

    Blood work has confirmed that this folate really does work even for someone with no stomach after a cancer op. The medical evidence is backed up by a very clear improvement in cognitive function and sense of well being. We were beginning to despair after anaemia seemed to be entrenched after seven years post op in spite of the B12 injections, but with a good ferritin supplement and this methyl folate we have finally got the haemoglobin back to absolutely normal levels.
