    (function(){ P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function'){ A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })() I have been using these every day for a couple of weeks now, whilst I must say the orange flavour and the mango flavour is okay ,the red berry isn't great, BUT i am recently very unwell with suspected POTS and after doing some reading I thought I should try electrolytes and came across these, and to say it's been only 2 weeks ,I have noticed a big difference in my fatigue levels, and much less brain fog and have noticed that my heart doesn't race quite as violently when I stand up, these phizz tablets are not a total fix but have made my symptoms much more bearable and I can do a lot more daily, on more strenuous days I use two phizz tablets spread out and makes life much more bearable, I can actually do life now 🤣 if you can get past the not so great taste, if you have pots and are struggling -give them a try- it might help even just a little.

    Always take one of these in my running water bottle. Let it Phizz away while your running, then when your run is over you know your replenishing all the salts you have sweated out. Dissolves quickly, tastes nice with a little taste of salt but you get use to this. Quick and simple way to stay hydrated and get the electrolytes back In you

    i drink with no more than 300ml of water, sometimes less, and the taste is very weak. There are other brands that taste better (in 250-300ml water), but none of the others have added vitamins which is handy so i tend to bounce between SIS ones and these. They don't taste bad, but they arnt a joy to consume either - I wouldn't drink more than one a day the perk of the vitamins isn't worth the blandness

    I really thought these would taste nice, they certainly smell nice but the flavour isn't great. It's not disgusting, it's certainly drinkable, its just not a process you'll enjoy. They taste like flat soda water that at one point had a cherry next to it, wafted over it maybe. Reminiscent of TV static in liquid form. I like weak squash but the cherry flavour is very weak in my opinion.I have heard that you get used to the flavour of electrolyte drinks the more you drink them and they will eventually become enjoyable. I'm hoping that's the case. I'm thinking of getting the mango flavour and if that's also naff, I'll try to use them up and then go back to water. Maybe adding a drop of sugar free squash to them will hide the flavour?The tablets themselves dissolve easily, there was no residual bits at the bottom of the glass. So if you can get past the flavour, you may be fine with them. I can't say much for the additional energy boost just yet but then caffeine doesn't really affect me in that way.

    Tastes really bad, and the smell of the capsule sticks to your hands which would be ok if it smelled like berries but it smells completely awful
