    It's awesome! I received the order at home in under 24hrs - great start to my first bottle of Pure C8 MCT Oil from Pure Health. The packaging is clear, easy to read and understand. There is hardly any taste to it, which I prefer and it's pleasant without a lasting aftertaste. I'm a bit odd in that I prefer to take it straight from the spoon, when it's high quality and tastes like this. I sometimes do the coffee thing with unsalted butter and oil (gives me a huge buzz and supports intermittent fasting very well). Over 10 years ago I cooked with another product and found it tainted my food. I think I'll try a homemade salad dressing mix with this product. After my first dose, I powered through my big day yesterday of travel and meetings. After my tablespoon dose, as I write this morning I can feel the (too many drinks) brain fog lifting and will be exercising shortly!

    Perfect for bulletproof coffee and the bulletproof/keto lifestyle.It's a C8 oil, so it's tasteless/odourless/etc - not else much to say really apart from it seems ethically sourced and packaged and the customer services are really good.If you're into (or curious about) this lifestyle then there's no reason NOT to use this product!Will be purchasing again :-)

    I've been looking for an alternative to the official Bulletproof stuff for a while now as it's just not viable to get it here in the UK anymore. I've tried a few alternatives over the past few months but they always seem to have a weird odour or taste to them. Thought I'd give this a go as it's literally half the price for the huge 1000ml bottle. It tastes and smells super clean and ticks all the boxes (non-GMO, organic and most importantly, NO palm oil!) I'm going to be sticking with this as my go-to oil for sure.

    I have taken the C8 just couple of days now, and since its my first time, had a teaspoon direct on empty stomach..and then add a teaspoon to meals i eat. I am not following any particular diet, but from reviews I thought that I would still see some benefits of increased metabolism and reduced apetite..but none of that seems to happen.Did get a headache but that has passed..Not sure what I am doing wrong, would love to get some help.

    Consiglio il prodotto. Lo utilizzo prevalentemente per preparazione caffè Bullet Proof.Due cucchiaini integrano il burro chiarificato ed il caffè americano. Ottimo gusto e risultato finale.Acquisterò nuovamente.

    Huile MCT C8 d'excellente qualité dans une jolie bouteille plastique d'un litre que j'utilise désormais tous les jours pour conserver un bon niveau de cétones. Efficace !

    Llevo usandolo 1 semana y hasta ahora bien, no me hace ningún daño al estómago ni siento ninguna molestia, en cuanto al resultado no noto nada aún, creo es muy pronto para ello.

    ...das beste und unkomplizierteste MCT C8 Öl was zurzeit im Internet verkauft wird.Natürlich gibt es jetzt die einen, die sagen, dass ein hochwertiges MCT C8 Öl in eine Glasflasche sollte, da diverse Schwebestoffe in Plastikflaschen verschiedenste Probleme für den menschlichen Organismus auslösen könnte. Wenn sie mich fragen ist das alles nur reine Polemik, denn wir konsumieren so viele andere Lebensmittel aus Plastikcontainern und keiner sagt nur einen Pieps. Letztendlich könnten die ganzen Kritiker das Öl nach Erhalt einfach in einer Glasflasche lagern, um dieser übertriebenen Problematik entgegenzuwirken.Das MCT C8 Öl von Pure Health ist für mich einfach das beste Öl seiner Art und ich werde es immer wieder bestellen.

    Stesso olio (di qualità C8) di alcuni altri brand ma essendo in bottiglia da un litro invece che da 100 ml , è molto più conveniente.. si risparmia alche il 35 % o più .....Consigliato
