Excellent machine. Easy to use,.fairly lightweight, and plenty of suction. Cost nearly £600 so why so few accessories. We have a Big Ball Dyson vacuum cleaner and this has plenty of accessories but none are compatible with the V11. There are accessories for the V11, including one for stairs, so why was it not included? I wrote to Dyson and only got a pathetic reply not even referring to my query but just advertising other Dyson products.Come on Dyson. You can do better than this !!James White

Good on dog hair , it’s my second Dyson , just hoping this one lasts longer than the last one , or it will be my last one as too expensive for your getting

Having arthritis in both hands I was finding the Dyson upright animal difficult to manoeuvre but find cleaning much easier with the V11 animal.

Breaks easily. The switch is of very poor quality plastic and breaks easily. Very awkward to replace yourself. Customer service was very poor especially for such an expensive product that’s only just out of warranty.

Great machine works real well.A little difficult to empty until you put it back on wall holder to empty then it's much easier.Doesn't hold much I have two Sheppard dogs and new carpets could be better. A great improvement on my last Animal V15. Work needed on design and a better price would be very good. Overall machine works well.

Oui bien sur c'est pas donné, mais quelle facilité d'utilisation, quelle puissance d'aspiration. Après un aspirateur traineau, c'est presque un plaisir de passer l'aspiro ... A noter qu'à la longue ça fini par être lourd.Livré avec un adaptateur pour prise électrique française.

Was dieses schlaues Gerät alles kann, ist einfach klasse. Katzenhaare werden auf allen Teppichen und Polstern sogar im Bett sehr gründlich weg gemacht. Ich habe am gleichen Tag mein Staubsauger 1700, was ich 10 Jahre benutzt habe, ins Keller weg gebracht und nutze jetzt für alles nur Dyson. Eigentlich habe ich Dyson nur fürs zwischendurch um Katzenhaare zu entfernen gekauft. Ich bin komplett begeistert. Man kann alle Flächen damit sehr gut und sauber machen. Ich hoffe es bleibt auch so, weil das nimmt mir sehr viel Arbeit ab. Die Saugfähigkeit wird von dem Kopiuter wunderbar angepasst und dieses schlaues Ding hat es geschafft mein IKEA-Tepich supper sauber zu reinigen. Das hat mein alten Staubsauger niemals geschaft. Ich habe früher ganz viele Fusselrollen für die Polstern und Teppiche benutzt. Jetzt nicht mehr!!! 5 bis 10 Minuten und es ist alles Staub- und Katzenharre frei, wirklich unbeschreiblich gut. Pure Hochtechnologie :)))

Una pasada aspira el pienso del perro.. pelos limpia muy bien.. mucha fuerza en el modo más potente ... sin duda el mejor aspirador de mano que e comprado nunca ya que es el 3 que compro en 4 años... i me.decidi por sus comentarios.. el precio el alto pero vale.la pena .. lo volvería a comprar sin duda ...
