These masks are amazing to wear but you do get some strange looks on the street when wearing them. Although the Covid situation makes it more acceptable. I bought two of these. One for a woman and one for a man. They fit perfectly. After some adjustments. Would highly recommend

This is one of the cheaper masks i have purchased but seems to be the best, very comfortable fit, light weight. All my previous masks have required me to change parts etc to adjust the settings, this mask is so easy to change the settings, just by moving the slider across on the front of the mask,The only issue for the 4* and not 5* is the rubbery plastic smell while using the mask, but i am hoping this fades the more the mask is used/cleaned

Excellent product amazingly effective solution for altitude training.Good seal around face to force compliance with restriction level you've chosen.The straps are quality material with proper Hook&Loop strips as clasping.Just a very thin material so you'll need to careful attaching and more importantly when taking this device off at end of workout.The good in the material is that if like us you're riding with this!!! You can use you jaw to ease restriction temporarily if needs must.The additional information and tutorials are TOP NOTCH from a demonstrably qualified professional and inventor.Buy in confidence.

Comes with an excellent instruction Manuel . This type of breathing has changed my life . I’ve always competed at a high level in several sports . This las year had been a torrid time . 5 Ambulances ( all after high intensity cardiovascular output), MRI’s , ECG,s Cardiograms and so and so . I read Patrick’s Book had a bolt score of 12 . One month later I feel like my old self. Training is easier. I’ve lost 8kg . I’m sleeping better . I’m easier to be around ( my wife tells me ) This morning my waking BOLT score was 41 . La maschera andrebbe anche molto bene, il dettaglio che me la fa scadere tanto è che la fascia non è in neoprene spesso ma in un materiale veramente sottilissimo, che ho paura che prima o poi si strappi.Speriamo che non lo faccia!
Stinkt extrem nach Chemie!
Was soll ich sagen. 50€ zum Fenster rausgeschmissen. Man muss sich einmal folgendes vorstellen.Man bestellt eine Maske, die man sich direkt auf Mund und Nase setzten soll, um dadurch eine Zeit lang zu atmen. Man stelle sich weiterhin vor, dass der Hersteller eigentlich wissen sollte, dass man für so eine Maske KEINE billigen Teile verwenden sollte, die nach chemisch produziertem Plastik riechen.Selbst nach der Desinfektion mit Tüchern und Spray sowie dem anschließende auswaschen mit Wasser und Seife, konnte ich die Maske nicht verwenden!Der beißende chemische Geruch ist meiner Meinung nach höchst gesundheitsschädlich! Was für ein billiges Schrottprodukt!

muy usable y aunque llevo poco trabajando con la hipoxia da una sensación de exigencia( ayer después de usarlo ya no tuve ganas de fumar en todo el día por la sensación en los pulmones)....aún es pronto para dar una opinión completa...pero es (creo) para utilizar una ..dos...como mucho 3 a la semana...pero cuidado...es bastante exigente y eso se nota...por lo demás..me parece una muy interesante opción para la mejora en el sistema cardiopulmonar..nos vemos....una opción interesante en general...
