    After realising that I’ve been on antibiotics six times in a year and a half and during that time I’ve felt terrible in so many ways, I started to do some research on the effects of too much bad bacteria in the gut. It coincided with my symptoms such as feeling bloated all of the time, changes in bowel movements (feeling like I constantly need!), anxiety, inflamed gums, acne, muscle aches, fatigue, frequent illness and just a general lack in wellbeing. For someone like me who is very active, eats well and drinks plenty water, I couldn’t understand why I felt so crap considering I put so much effort into being healthy. I started taking these a week ago and the changes so far have been amazing. Firstly, I noticed that I was no longer bloated and this was a major problem daily as it caused a lot of pain. After a few days I noticed my acne on my face, neck and back cleared up completely. After a few more days I started seeing an improvement in bowel movements as they became regular and “normal”. Regarding my mental health, I felt calmer and happier, decreased muscle tension in problem areas which was caused by anxiety and a general lift in my mood and attitude. Other changes included no inflammation in my gums, I’m more able to do my workouts as I don’t have achy, tired muscles and feeling more awake throughout the day.I’d like to point out that although I received an email to review the product, this is completely honest and in no way part of a promotion. Honestly, I’m so glad I bought these as the problems I had were starting to worry me. I was going to doctors, speaking to the dentist about my gums and I was even referred to the mental health team. Please give these a go if you’re experiencing any of these problems, I can’t recommend them any higher.

    First off, these are 20 billion units per capsule, so need to take 2 daily to hit the advertised 40 billion dose (hence 4 stars). Personally I find one a day effective.Probiotics are big business and rightly so. Gut health is linked to good mental health and effective immune system function, so most people should consider a supplement like this.Personally I have tried many probiotics to help with an unsettled gut following antibiotic use. I was getting to a point where I doubted that any of the dose of probiotic tablets actually made it to the gut alive. This brand changed my mind though, I have found these the most effective, give them a good week or so to notice a difference.

    I started to use this supplement after my antibiotics course, I have a very sensitive stomach and I thought I will def have some consequences, but when using these bacteria everything went just perfect and I feel amazing. I cannot guarantee that it was because of this supplement because I have no proof, but I strongly believe that it benefited me a lot! The only thing I would improve is the packaging, the product comes in the bottle, but it is anyways packed in the box as well. In my opinion it is a waste of material, also would be great to have an ability to buy it in higher quantities, for example if I want to buy if for my whole family, I do not need to buy 4 separate boxes and some recycled plastic for the bottle would add a great value from my perspective. To sum up, it is a very great and strong product, I haven't seen other brands having that many millions of different bacteria in on pill, really recommending it!

    I've been suffering from chronic constipation for at last 25 years and have been trying different probiotics, cheap and more pricey one. I'm always trying different ones as some brands or purchase don't seem to have any effects and to see what works best. I'm quite surprised, pleasantly, with this probiotics, there are 15 strains in it so it looks like it's working better with my condition. I also have to follow the low FODMAP diet and I've selected those because they are gluten and dairy free. I've been using them for at least 2 weeks and I am starting to be regular in the morning (which is a joy when you suffer from chronic constipation, I know how sad) and I've not had any bloating, I don't look like a pregant woman anymore, my clothes feel more confortable to wear around the waist line. I know we all react differently but these probiotics have made a great difference and providing me with such great relief. In all, very pleased, I will continue to use and buy.

    It says twice in the listing that you take 1 a day which is why I bought these... Enough for 60 days and 40 billion in each hit. Now they've arrived the box says take 2 a day and each capsule only has 20 billion in. I'd bought them on the basis each had 40 billion in trusting that more would get to my gut. It's also now double the price I thought. Really frustrating.

    I was extremely pleased with these probiotics. Having been on lots of continuous courses of wide spectrum antibiotics, I wanted something to help replenish my good bacteria levels. I'd been advised by my GP that replacing the body's healthy bacterias was the best way to treat post-antibiotic candidiasis and diarrhoea. I chose this product based on 15 strain complex (previous products I'd tried had fewer strains) and the 40 billion CFU per serving (20 billion per capsule). Having used the product for a couple of weeks I've already seen a huge difference in my digestive system, getting back to 'normal' and actual behaving better than before I'd taken the antibiotics. These biocultures were especially good for me, because they don't have a smell or leave an odd aftertaste like some other probiotics I've tried in the past. I will definitely continue taking and finish the month supply, as so far I have only seen benefits, should I encounter any problems in the future I will update my review.

    La verdad que después de tomarlo, he notado una mejoría de mi salud.Los probióticos naturales son microorganismos vivos. Estas bacterias y hongos fruto de la fermentación actúan de forma positiva para recuperar el equilibrio de la flora intestinal. En concreto, ayudan a mejorar la microbiota intestinal si se consumen frecuentemente.🟢 Lo primero que noté es que iba mejor al baño.A los pocos días de tomarlo ya noté una mejoría.🟢 Durante el tiempo que lo he estado tomando, hacia mejor la digestión y mi cuerpo estaba mas activo y con mas energía.Supongo que si el estómago o los intestinos tienen las bacterias que tienen que tener, entonces se absorben adecuadamente los alimentos y eso mejora tu salud.👍Me ha parecido un buen producto.

    Je pensais me faire avoir par les commentaires...et pourtant !! :) Ici pour des problemes de ballonnements et je suis vraiment très suprise ! J'ai testé avant : charbon vegetal, derivé d'ultra levure...rien n'a marché . Je conseille d'en prendre 2 le matin à jeun 20min avant petit dej pour vraiment voir les effets. C'est top, ventre bien bien moins gonflé ! je vais faire la cure de 3 mois. Ps : j'ai comparé la composition à un autre bien noté d'Bolo et celui ci a bien une souche en + contre les ballonnements !
