Overall I am quite disappointed by this pull-up given the marketing and user reviews. The overarching issue here is that the functional absorbency is nowhere near the manufacturer’s claims which resulted in several embarrassing leaks and I quickly lost confidence in the product. The padding felt like it was mainly SAP and the lack of Pulp made wicking poor. I felt like this pull-up is better suited to light to moderate levels of incontinence.The fit is quite generous and the front padding is cut quite low which is less ideal for men. The leak guards were ok and generally its comfortable to wear.Overall I think there are more absorbent and cost effective alternatives out there from the likes of DryLife, Abena and Northshore.

Unfortunately my mum passes 5 liters of urine day and night I have been so stressed trying to find pads, pull ups, bed pads etc that hold all this. I'm so impressed with these products the company does as these pull ups have not leaked have held up and look comfortable. Dementia and incontinence is the hardest task but with the help of these products it's helping alot I'm really glad I tried all these products thank you. Is there a chance these pull ups could be done in black aswell?

Me gusta lo bien que recoge en casos apurados. Da mucha confianza. Es muy ligero y cómodo. Es importante elegir la talla adecuada. Pueden servir para varios días/noches.

Suite à l'opération, dès le retrait de la sonde urinaire il faut trouver une couche agréable, suffisamment absorbante, pas trop visible sous le pantalon pour un homme encore actif.Les débuts sont pénibles.De nombreuses couches n'offrent pas ce confort. Les couches sont prévues pour homme OU femme et donc évidemment devraient être totalement différentes. Malheureusement ce n'est jamais le cas!Alors oui, il y a encore le problème du penis qui bouge et peut créer des fuites mais moins qu'avec d'autres couches.Elles sont vraiment très douces pour l'entrejambe et la peau en général.Les élastiques sont bien conçus.D'autres marques sont encore à l'essai...Mais pour les hommes qui bougent beaucoup, jusqu'à présent ce sont les meilleures.
