    I decided to give these a try for my stiff swollen finger joints after looking at a few reviews about it.I've been using them for a month now, the capsules are big however the coating makes it easy to swallow and this is coming from someone who is not too keen on swallowing pills to begin with.I have noticed a fair reduction in swelling around the joints, I only regret I didn't take some before and after pictures.These are not going to remove the lumps on my joints but they have improved my dexterity.One thing I never took into consideration when taking these is that I was so focused trying to improve my hand I had overlooked knee pains I have had in the mornings - I had just gotten used to it. It only dawned on me taking them 2 weeks later that I was waking up with no knee pain at all so that was an added bonus. This is something I will be reordering again.

    I can honestly say I do feel relief from pain and numbness in my fingers and toes. I’ve been taking the Tumeric with ginger and black pepper for a couple of weeks and have to say I feel remarkably better. I’m not taking any other medication or supplements so I can only put my improvement down to the turmeric. I haven’t even taken any pain killers since using the product. Happy customer here and will definitely be using for the future.

    These capsules are very big!I don't really know if theyve made a difference to my aches and pains, but they are doing no harm, and they leave a pleasant peppery aftertaste. They may be helping with digestion.

    Okay, so, I'm a little dubious when it comes to magic pain relief pills. I was previously prescribed some serious mg co-codamol for the pain I get in my hands. Years of being an artists with arthritis and not taking care of myself as I should have.I've been in some serious pain and discomfort for the past 3 years due to breaking both wrists and several fingers and knuckles in one hand brought on through a an accident. I was on prescribed meds for this, but when I realised I was addicted, I stopped taking them. After the breaks healed, I was left with a dull ache all day and then serious stabbing pain at night, along with uncontrolled jerking and hands locking up.Along with the arthritis setting in, in the rest of my joints, I needed a way to feel like my old nimble self, so decided to give these a try. I've read about turmeric but never believed the hype, gave these a chance and can honestly say, these have changed my life. Not being overdramitic either, they've literally changed my life. I've had them a week, and honestly could feel the difference after the first day.I no longer get that lingering ache through the day. I don't get sore joints, and my hands feel like new. Now, I'm not saying that these are magic pills for pain. I'm not saying they'll repair broken bones. But what I am saying is that when you have had a pain for so long, you get used to it. When that pain and annoyance gets knocked back to like 10% of what you're used to, you genuinely forget and just get on with your day.I know my hands are screwed. And I know later in life I will probably need medical intervention. But as of right now, I am sleeping better, have more mobility in my hands, which means I can get on with my work without the need for breaks every hour. I can use them for longer and don't get the kind of pain that wakes me up anymore!If you're having pain with joints and muscles, seriously get these. They will not get rid of it altogether. But they will bring it down to such a manageable level, you manage to forget the pain.

    Mi mamá y yo tomamos este religiosamente todas las noches, y nos ENCANTA. Nos ayuda mucho con la inflamación, además que ayuda mucho con la tiroides. Es verdad que sabe un poco a cúrcuma al pasarlo pero a mí me encanta.

    Prodotto eccellente. Mi son trovato, facendo i soliti allenamenti, a dimagrire e all'inizio non capivo perché.... Mangio gelati, affettati e schifezze varie, nonostante tutto il giro vita è sceso!!!! Poi ho capito, l'unica differenza è questo integratore che sto prendendo da meno di 1 mese. Sono rimasto veramente contento. I dolori alle ginocchia sono attenuare, non ancora spariti ma ci manca davvero poco. STRA SUPER CONSIGLIATISSIMOOOO
