The media could not be loaded. This large grill pan offers excellent cooking characteristics without weighing a tonne. I've found it easy to handle and simple to clean, even after frying normally problematic foods like steak. The non-stick surface releases food easily and the grill lines leave excellent colouring on whatever you decide to cook - see the video for what a ribeye looks like after around 50 seconds of frying.The long metal handle does get quite hot, so you need to be careful with it compared to pans with silicone or plastic handles - it should, however, be a lot more durable longterm.Overall a very impressive pan with some nice green credentials.

I have forbidden my husband to touch my Green pan griddle pan. This is such a beautifully made pans , I have arthritis in my hands and I can lift it with relative ease . It can be used in my ceramic hob and then be put in the oven. Versatility is what this pan has.It is not cheap but the minute you instead use it you will realise why. My aubergines came out perfect griddled in half the time I usually take. If you like top quality cooking pans ,then you will love this.

This is marketted as a premium heavy duty aluminium, ceramic non-stick griddle pan. Unfortunately the finish wasnt very good. The pan is medium weight (much lighter than my cast iron griddle pan) and the ceramic non stick coating seems good - BUT the outside is coated in a different paint and at the top of the handle the exterior paint has been sprayed over the non stick coating and is flaking off. Running a nail over it loads of it came off (see pics). Not want I want with a cooking utensil as the risk of flakes of paint ending up in the food is high. The bottom of the pan has a rough surface which I don't like either. I prefer steel or copper bottom pans for even heat distribution. The handle is brushed steel and although it is insulated from the rest of the pan, can heat up easily if too close to the gas burner. So all in all I'm disappointed by the shoddy finish on a so called premium pan. Hopefully mine was the exception and just a factory fault.

This is a 26cm cast aluminium grill pan. While being fairly lightweight, it still has enough weight to make it feel premium. The grill lines work great for making char lines onnburgers etc. and I find the pan heats up quick and evenly.I have deducted 2 stars as personally I have found the ceramic nonstick to not work that well, and often it does take a bit of effort to clean. One other fairly large annoyance for me is that the handle is made of metal and does heat up so you need to be careful and often I use an oven mitt.

This is a nice large non-stick grill pan that cooks well and evenly. So far far it feels durable and it's not too heavy. It is easy to wash and is dishwasher safe which is handy. The handle can become hot in when in use though - surely not too much to ask to have a heat proof handle? I also think it's quite pricey. But overall a good grill pan.

As a family we have so many GreenPan items and they're all amazing quality. This grill pan has been a perfect addition and I'm loving it - it has been great on steaks and sausages and even more so on salmon and tuna steaks/fillets. You need the pan to heat up gently though and a good note is it is dishwasher safe. It says oven safe but I've not yet tried it in that. It is quite lightweight to lift up and down of the hob as well. More than happy with this product!!

What a great pan.You can feel the quality, it's got a nice weight to it, but not too heavy that it's a nightmare to move or use.Everything I've cooked on it so far has come out perfect.And then after its really easy to clean.Cant think much else to say about it! Hopefully at the price it lasts a long time!
