Having been diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma a few weeks before a long planned trip to Australia, it seemed that beach visits were going to be out of the question! However this beach tent was a great solution and enabled me to shelter from the sun in comfort and safety while my partner enjoyed the sea. It packs small enough to go into luggage (some of the smaller tents fold into circles which is ok for the back of the car but no good for plane travel) and we were able to put it up and take it down easily, even on windy days. It's quite robust but not that expensive. Best features apart from the obvious UV protection: sand pockets, window flaps and fold out ground sheet. The tent's footprint is also quite small compared to cabanas. Highly recommended.

WolfWise 4-5 Person Portable Beach Tent UPF 50+ Sun Shade Canopy Umbrella with Extendable Floor, Blue, X-Large. Although much larger than other versions we have tried to use in the past this one suits our needs as eldery users and have to use beach chairs. Not too heavy and very easy to set up and repackage afterwards . For us a realy good purchase and no strugling to get pop up springs to fold easy to fit rods and a well provided tent with good back and side ventilation panels if required

We bought this tent to use on the beach. It is perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. It is easy to assemble, but the instructions are poor. However, since there are just 3 foldable poles, 2 of which the same size and one longer, it was relatively easy to work out by ourselves how to put up the tent. The design of the tent is great. There are 3 mesh windows you can keep open or closed, 2 hooks on the ceiling which we used to hang our water bottles from, the sand bags really keep the tent in place in stronger winds and the colours are very nice. One disappointment was that the stitching on the carrier bag started unravelling on day 1 (hence 1 star taken off). The stitching on the tent, however, is solid and well executed. I would highly recommend this tent for beach/park use.

Perfect for me as I love the beach but hate the hot sun on me, plus I have two long haired dogs who can’t cope without shade in hot weather. Put this up on my own without reading the instructions as couldn’t find them (they are sewn into the inside of the bag) managed reasonably easy despite this, loved the tent, plenty of room for me, picnic bag, spare bag of clothes, and 2 large dogs And it provided plenty of shade for all of us, there was room for my husband but he likes the sun so he didn’t try the tent.Loved that it has two gauze windows which both have internal fold up Velcro covers, there are 6 big internal storage pockets, where I put my open can of pop to stop it getting sand in it, put my spare shoes in another, my book in another and a dry t shirt in another.There were lots of beach tents on the beach today and I think this one looked one of the best, it is a good height too.Was easy to put away, first time I packed it I couldn’t get all of it in the bag but the second time I folded it better and rolled it tighter and it went in perfectly.

I was so pleased with this beach tent, it is roomy; we managed a 6ft man a 5ft woman and a 9 year old easily when it became a little windy on the beach. We also sat in it to eat lunch. It is very easy to put up and down as there are only two sections of pole which are fed through the loops, there is a button up section on the front which doubles up as an extra piece to sit on, windows which can be covered or uncovered to let the breeze through. It also has tent type pegs for if you wanted to use on grass. Also it's very light to carry, our 9 year old grandson carried it in its own bag, to and from the beach.I would suggest putting it up in either a large room or the garden before you first use it ,to practice as the instructions are a little vague, but its easy enough to get the hang of it very quickly, and after that one time we did it straight away first time on the beach. Folding it back into it's cover is easy if the weather is not windy, just lie it flat and fold up, then roll up, but when windy we just shoved it under an arm and folded when back indoors, either way its so much better than a pop up, and bigger. Brilliant invention this!

Great tent for small family, ideal for 2 adults and 2 small children. Easy to put up. Packages up quite small and easy to take down. Nice to have the windows to be able to see out of if the kids go around the back while you stay in the tent.

Purchased this item a good few weeks ago now and tried half heartedly to assemble it and gave up pretty quick. Just tried again now as want to use it, so I YouTubed an assembly video for it (HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS), and managed it pretty painlessly. Definitely practice once at home I would say. Looks great, very decent size, seems like a really good product. Longevity, I can not answer just yet but have no reason to think it won’t last long. It appears good quality.UPDATE!I’ve used it lots of times now. It’s a BRILLIANT beach tent! I use it just for myself and I love the size of it. I can get in it, lay down and zip it up and sleep in it if I wanted to (just for size reference). It’s very good quality. I live the sandbags in the sides to stop it blowing away. Lightweight, easy to assemble and take down. I very highly recommend this beach tent.

One section of the long pole split down it's length on the second outing on a still and sunny day. Tent itself seems okay for the price, poles flimsy and poor quality. Replacement tent received, so we'll see how that works out. Can't fault customer service fm Eastwest.

Excelente idea las ventanas y su piso que sirve de pared de Privacidad, el color menta se ve muy alegre en la playa, todo mundo se acerca a verla. Cumple al 100% mis expectativas
Great little beach tent!
I bought this for a trip to the beach with family and am very pleased with it! I set this up in my yard, just to see what it's like so I'd be prepared when on the beach. Very quick setup and the directions were great. Between then and when we went to the beach, I lost the stakes lol... so I found 2 larger stakes in my camping gear and brought those with us. When we got to the beach, we found it was VERY windy. I'm glad we had at least the 2 stakes, but that would not be enough! Thankfully, the tent has 4 pouches on the corners that you can fill with sand! These really helped keep the tent from blowing away. We also had our beach bags inside to help hold it down, but that wasn't necessary. This really made our beach experience comfortable... without it, I'm sure we all would have been burnt to a crisp and sandblasted (the wind was blowing the sand). We spent time going back and forth between the ocean and the tent. It has a nice little flap on it that extends outwards, but I put a beach mat on top of that to make the area bigger for the kids and their towels, toys, seashells, and whatnot. Inside the tent was most comfortable for 2 adults... but you could fit probably 4 people inside if you didn't have all the bags and coolers in there, too. It was bigger than most tents we saw on the beach that day.

Tienda muy bonita y de calidad
Adquirí la tienda/refugio para la playa. Ha sido un acierto. Es bonita, práctica y no ocupa nada una vez desmontada y vuelta a meter en su propia funda y el peso es muy liviano. Se Monta con facilidad, con ventanas en los 3 costados con velcros en su interior para cerrarlas, así como un sistema de anclajes para quedarlas abiertas. Panel frontal que se puede usar para avance en la arena en mi caso y no manchar. El panel frontal se puede quedar cerrado con corchetes para quedar la tienda cerrada si se abandona y quieres quedar la tienda más protegida si quedas las cosas que quedes en su interior. También dispone de 4 bolsillos laterales para llenarlos con peso (arena en mi caso) para hacerla más estable junto con las piquetas que lleva incorporadas. Muy contento.
