    I was suffering from hip and back pain at night which meant I was loosing lots of sleep and stiff in the morning. I was hoping that my old topper was past its best as buying a new mattress was out of the question.After a lot of research and reading reviews I decided to buy this topper. Came next day delivery which is always great. I was prepared to lift a heavy box into the house. However presently surprised it was very light.As much as I wanted to get it set on my bed, I resisted and followed the instructions. It is important to do this. The only place I could lay it flat without it being too much in the way was in my bedroom. So prepared myself for the room to smell a bit as toppers can. Again I was surprised, there was very little odour. My 7 year old quite enjoyed hitting it and rolling on it, to help get it in shape, it was a good workout. Finally I was able to put it in the bed. A lovely cover with straps made it very secure. The instructions do say to give it a try for a couple of weeks to feel the full benefits, and they are right. It has took around 3 weeks for maximum comfort, but now it is extremely comfy, a lovely nights sleep, and no more aching back or hips. I am very pleased with the topper and at the mid price point, well worth the money.

    OK I like this topper. I have had to use toppers for many years now as they are the only things that relieve my neck pain and numb shoulders when sleeping. Problem is they invariably never last as long as they claim to and my last one only lasted about a year before it didn't do any "cushioning" any more.After a lot of mental debate I settled on this one which states that it uses a memory foam single piece core (many are not utilising 2-3 different types of foam welded together and many only offering just 1 inch of memory foam which is totally pointless!)I would have preferred to be able to purchase a 3" thick topper as that offers the best support and cushioning but they are HARD to find in RELIABLE makers so I settled for this 2" topper.The main requirement naturally was performance - more on that later - but it had to have no bad odours and come with a removable washable cover.Cover is great - made from bamboo so they claim - so I'm all for that.Odours - what you should expect - memory foam does off gas but it should be low odour and not foul smelling - this one is one of the best I've had to be honest with the odour dissipating after only 4-6 days and barely noticeable to start with.The only way you're going to get a topper that has low odour with what can be assumed safe off gassing is to resist the urge to buy the cheapest ones out there which are more than likely made in various Factories where regulations regarding such things are a great deal more lax than over here for example. This one is made in China but is more than likely from a more ISO accredited place.RECCI are a well known brand and so I placed some faith in them and I wasn't disappointed.HOWEVER there is a BUT.I will never understand why the topper manufacturers are not able to use a tape measure correctly by the seem of things. I measured my mattress and it was EXACTLY 150cm wide top to bottom. This topper is 1 cm shy on either side making it 148 cm wide. This is damned annoying and they all seem to have this problem!.as such there is a little dip on either side of the bed - luckily having a kingsized bed makes this a little less annoying and noticeable but if this is something that persists with smaller bed sizes it could be a deal breaker!!despite that it is the first topper I have bought that came with a grip dot coating on the underside which indeed helps a great deal with keeping the topper in place during the night. All my prior toppers did not have this and they all had a mind of their own sliding quite a lot during the night! This still happens with this one but nowhere near as bad! - Commendations to Recci for this little addition which is most welcomed.Finally - does it do what it says it will - well yes and quite well - Insant relief to my neck and no more numbed shoulders - It feels a little too firm when you first lie on it and you may doubt whether it will be any good - but it is deforming and yet still have enough "spring" to support you without collapsing like a cheap topper would!I'm actually pretty impressed with it - it's out peforming any of my prior purchases so far and extended use will be able to tell me if it can keep this performance up over the long term - fingers crossed But I'm confident so far!So to summarise - RECCI - if you could have made it ACTUALLY 150cm wide like you claimed it would be you would have gotten 5 stars off me! But you didn't and thus you're not. You've almost got a perfect product here - a shame you couldn't get that ONE thing right!If you ever feel like making one that is 3" thick AND it's TRUELY 150 cm wide - gimme a shout - I'll buy it right away!! ;¬)

    Bought this mattress for my VW camper as my original one was not good enough but this has made all the difference! It’s much thicker than the old one so my roof won’t close properly so it rolls up in the back no problem

    I bought this topper when visiting relatives in the UK because I was struggling with hip/knee pain on their mattress (I will add that we have a genuine Tempur mattress at home). When it first arrived and we opened it, I must say (despite previous experiences of similarly vacuumed packed mattresses) we were VERY sceptical and for two days I kept all the packaging as I was convinced we were going to return it as it did not start to expand, appeared thin, creased and unusable (as shown in the first two photos). However, in all, it probably took a good 3 days to properly expand to full size and once it did, it was exactly as described. It fitted the UK queen sized mattress well and stayed perfectly in place with the corner elastics plus the rubbery bubbles on the underside of the cover helped with gripping. The cover was easy to remove and then replace with a generous length zip. As stated in the description, it expanded to 5cm deep and was really good to sleep on. The first night of sleeping on it, my hip and knee pain was gone, I actually can't believe how good it is for such a great price! Don't be put off by it's appearance for the first 2-3 days and give it time to expand fully (I actually rolled around on it to try to speed up the process because I was so impatient to use it!), you won't be disappointed.

    When I opened the topper it was folded tightly in three lengthwise . I thought after 24 hours I could have used it, but only the middle section had inflated. I left it on the floor on a hard surface in a heated room over night, but no difference. I tried everything to get the sides inflated, I pushed and pressed , I needed it, but it only came up a half inch. I lay in it and walked on it to no avail. I decided it must be faulty and was going to return it. Decided to have one last try, so with my daughter in law and a friend, we heated it up with a hairdryer and pressed and needed it, it took hours. It has now inflated and I have put it on the bed, it looks ok, might have to do a bit more manipulation on bottom corner. I have to say I was losing the will to live with it I have not slept in it yet, but will tonight. Perhaps it was stored in a cold place or rolled up too right but for the. Reasons I have given I could not recommend this to anyone. It took 4 days to get it sorted . I would now like to add to this review that now the topper is inflated and I have slept on it for 2 nights I find it very good. It was also next day delivery, which was good. Once you get it inflated I highly recommend it.

    Also eigentlich ganz in Ordnung, ich habe aber keine Schmerzen. Mein Vater schon und meint das verstärkt den Schmerz wenn man "einsinkt". Kapiere ich aber nicht -- ist aber wohl so. Er hat sie wieder rausgeschmissen. Ich nicht.
