Bought firstly for fold flat facility to store on top of washing machine. Definitely ticks this box very well and makes utility room storage much neater. It is easy to operate and feels secure once the base is in position. The second reason for my choice was to be safer carrying up and down stairs whilst holding the bannister. There is an issue with the design of the handles. I find, when the basket is loaded with clothes, either wet or dry, that the weight makes the handles very uncomfortable to carry. I have average size hands for a woman and cannot easily join the handles across the top. If I do manage to grasp both, the handles cut into my hands making it painful to carry. Therefore it does not work well for me in this respect. I think perhaps some rubberised padding on the handles might improve matters but currently I have difficulty using the handles.

Don’t know why I didn’t think of this before - fit for purpose, better actually as it’s easier to hold by the handles as there’s a bit of give in it, and soooo easy to store as it takes up so little space. Genius!!!!

I live in a small flat and this has saved me so much room. After using it, I fold it down and store it next to my washing machine, it's out of the way but easy to grab when I need it. It's light and portable. It's strong and carries a full loads of wet clothing like it should. Highly recommend

Fold up far to easy when in use as bottom doesn't lock in place well. It is so stiff that it makes it difficult to hold with one hand when it has any amount of washing in it. On the plus side it stores well when folded.
