I used the vanilla one first and then decided to stump up the extra couple of quid for the chocolate. Both nice flavours, I did try another type of whey from a friend which was so sickly sweet I could barely finish it. These are not over sweet and very drinkable.They mix well and provide good protein simply!

I bought this instead of the usual standard whey as I assumed it would be better, the taste is slightly bitter due to the lack of additives but you get over that very quickly. I use this in every day life as part of my breakfast in a smoothie and I feel a lot healthier for it. Also drink lots of water and take vitamin D and iron tablets you will be happier and work more efficiently.
