    I love this black garlic! It's soft & has an almost sweet caramel flavour. It's good in dishes like stews, curries, & chilli con carne, & gorgeous sliced & scattered in amongst or over a salad. I will definitely order more when I finish what I have. Very much recommended.

    Iv had black garlic before from a different seller but these ones were so much nicer! Very big pieces of garlic! Highly recommend with the added bonus of the containers with lids you can keep.Thank you!

    On its own, it has a sweet, umami flavor with a bit of garlic on the back end. Reminds me and my family of certain Asian foods we’ve had just by itself. It’s great with a bit of added salt or diced/puréed into some seasoned garlic butter, it’s so good on breads that way. Can’t wait to try more recipes with it(:
