There are one or two reviews on this ab roller which state that the handles slide off the shaft. Mine does not have that problem. Having two wheels with spacers to make this roller wider gives it a bit more stability. There is a definite knack to exercising with the ab roller - quite a number of videos available on the internet. Not too sure about the knurled spacers being used as some sort of massager - seems more of a gimmick - however - all - in - all I like it.

This is very stable and smoother than a previous roller. I shall use this a lot. Having two knee pads are better than one also. The massage cogs are a really good bonus. Using it on my partner seems to wonders for her back too.

Set seems ok but suspect it was a return because it looked to have been thrown in the box and bad packing looks to have damaged one of the knee pads (things sticking into it).

The media could not be loaded. I used to go to the gym occasionally, but due to my work schedule and family commitments, I stopped going altogether. Wide and great quality
Really impressed with how good the wheel is made. It is also wider than expected… and that turns out to be a real benefit when rolling out a stretching across the floor.
Works great does what it's supposed to
Update I've been doing HIIT Cardio for about 9 months. I just added this to my routine I already had 2 Ab/core focused exercises in my routine but this helped put it all together. Along with crunches, sit reps i finish by stretching out on this. No issues with it holding my weight but when i started I needed to make sure I was using it correctly so I watched a couple videos. I started with two wheels & use one now but both work. Glad i added this to my routine. 5/5

Also wer diese Bauchroller kennt, der weiß, man tut sich anfangs echt schwer damit. Man sollte sich Videos ansehen, damit man richtig trainiert, sich nicht überfordert und die richtige Haltung einnimmt und beibehält.Das Gerät hier ist ein Kinderspiel beim Zusammensetzen. Die Polster sind dick genug für die Knie und stabil ist das Ganze auch. Bin sehr zufrieden.
