Having one fatty oil a day over a decent period of time (1 - 2 months) has had noticeable benefits which is why I must recommend this product.Namely, having the oils feel like they have improved my memory - when I am memorising stats for my exams they stick much more. My memory feels sharper and more sponge like.Coupling this with Vitamin D's (particularly for UK Residents) has helped alongside frequent exercise to improve my health. Thus this supplement has to be used not on its own, but in conjunction with other elements of a healthy lifestyle to really see its full effects.However, it does some time to see noticeable effects and the value for money could be better.Overall though, I would recommend this product since it's fairly price competitive when considering other sellers but I do still think it's a tad bit overpriced. The benefits seen are impressive though, so I guess the cost is worth it.
