I have been using this since I was 58 and now I am 69,instead of butter which is FAT I use this on bread rollsby putting a teaspoon of oil on each half and spread it on with my fingers then I make up a sandwich.(not suitable with sweet filling ,ie honey, jam & chocolate spread)but great with potted meat, salad,ham & beef etc etc.I have a couple of rolls each day and I no longer go during the night always empty my bladder before retiring and have good flow.At the time of writing this I have started on a bottle ,must keep in fridge with milk and have 8 bottles in stock,my life is good thanks to Bolo UK...

I know what smell and taste need to have this oil,but this one smells bad and the taste is rancid and more than that, even the colour is not black green as it supposed to be,is orange. Don't buy! You'll pay the money and you'll throw it in the bin. Very disappointed 😞
