    Ok I wasn't expecting a huge solid block haha! Once I finally got it all hydrated I mixed in a whole bag of perlite and the result was wonderfully fluffy and light. I transplanted my baby plants out into the garden with this stuff and they did not even wilt over night, the plants freaking loved this compost! Literally overnight many of them even grew more. Super good stuff for seedlings and it expands way more than you even expect, you get a lot! Definitely recommend as a soil enricher too, it loosens up and airs compacted soil while adding mulch and nutrients too. Will absolutely buy again.

    This compost has been good for growing in. Chilli peppers, hanging baskets and sweet peas (later planted out) have done particularly well, although beans, courgettes and various other things have all been fine (before being transferred to the allotment). Tomatoes seemed to run out of steam a bit, and the loose nature of the compost meant it didn’t keep a support pole as well secured as I’d like. YMMV.The only real problem for me was the quantity it came in. The block is good for storage, but I thought I’d break it into smaller pieces and make it up in batches. This proved to be much harder work (a dusty several minutes with a saw) than I’d expected. Next time I will buy in smaller blocks.

    I have used the small ones of these before but ordered a big one as it was better value for money. I thought it would come as a big pack of small blocks but it is one big block so you have to rehydrate the whole thing.That said the product is great. As it’s dried there will be no fungus gnat larvae hiding in the compost which is what I don’t want for indoor plants and seedlings.Easy to use, easy to store and lovely to work with.

    My olive tree had completely died! It was all brown and wouldn’t recover after I tried everything! I then got this and after 1 week it looks like this! Its never even looked this good! So happy thanks for saving my tree!!

    Bought this as an addition to my normal compost but wanted to start some seeds and decided to use it because I had in on hand. Not a single seed germinated. It says on the packaging that it is suitable but it wasn’t a success for me. It works perfect as compost addition and I will keep using it for that. It expands significantly when in contact with water so make sure you mix it in the container that is at least fifty times its size.

    I recently switched to Coco & Coir All Purpose Compost after noticing my plants weren't thriving with soil from a high street store. What a difference!Pros:Natural, organic smellRich, reddish colour that looks extremely healthyVersatile - suitable for indoor and outdoor plants, as well as fruit and vegetable growingNoticeable improvement in plant healthWhen I first opened the bag, I was struck by the natural, earthy scent, The compost has a distinct reddish hue, which gives it a vibrant, nutrient-rich appearance.I've used this for my indoor houseplants. After just a couple of weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my plants' overall health and appearance.While it's a bit pricier than standard store-bought soil, the results are well worth it. If you're looking to give your plants the best possible growing medium, I highly recommend giving Coco & Coir All Purpose Compost a try.
