I recently bought this water flosser, and it's by far the best I've ever used! The water pressure is perfect, easy to use, the design, and after using it for a month, my gums feel healthier than they have in a long time. I've had experience with other water flossers, but this one stands out for its effectiveness. The only downside was the delivery—it took almost a month to arrive, which was frustrating. Despite that, the product itself is amazing and well worth the wait if you're not anxious.

Does the job really well, there are 5 power settings and even on the lowest 1 or 2 it does cause some bleeding from my gums, however after several months of use I can see improvement in this (ie less bleeding as the gums are being cleaned more thoroughly). The water tank is plenty big enough for one session of cleaning.The unit itself is solid enough and the charging stand plugs into a normal shaver socket. However, we seem to only need to charge the unit every few weeks, the battery is really impressive.The only downside I think is that the lid for the water tank is a bit flimsy and can come off if not handled carefully, although it doesn’t take much to reattach this.Because water in the tank is stagnant in between use, I’d recommend emptying and purging the unit after use, and also cleaning it inside and out to ensure no buildup of limescale or mould at least every fortnight.Used in conjunction with an electric toothbrush, the odd bit of flossing, and the regular visit to your dentist, this device seems more than capable of supplementing your dental hygiene routine!

I have had a Panasonic water flosser for more than a decade, so it is hardly a criticism that the batteries are starting to loose their oomph. I decided to stay with the Panasonic brand and bought the EW1511 as a replacement while it was about half price - thanks Bolo. It feels well made. It works very well. Has more power range than my old Panasonic flosser and is noticably more refined in use. I also like the ultrasonic type nozzles; my impression is they do indeed help clean stains better (they also fit my old flosser). Overall highly recommended.

I've been using the Panasonic 800 for a month now and find it easy and effective to use. The only down side is when using it on high settings the water consumption is high and it needs refilling three or four times for each session. Battery life is pretty good, even on high settings where I get around 6 days between charges.
1.0 out of 5 stars Simple parts have deteriorated making this water flosser unuseable
For about two years this worked really well. But, two things then started to go wrong. First, the O ring which seals the water compartment disintegrated and the water began to leak out each time it was used. I have searched for a replacement but Panasonic service does not hold this simple spare part. I have tried finding replacements but the O ring has specific dimensions which so far I've not managed to find ( I have hundreds of spare O rings by now - none of which fit!). Secondly, the plastic tube inside the water compartment that attaches to the internal suction nozzle kept detaching and then came apart. The small plastic filter at the end of the tube no longer stays in place either. In both cases, these are cheap and easily replaceable parts. The flosser motor and battery are perfectly OK but without the internal nozzle and O ring, the machine is useless. I would have given this 5 stars after a year's use but I now think it's worth only 1 star and the lack of cheap and easily replaceable spare parts makes me really question Panasonic's sustainability pledge, written large on its website. I don't necessarily expect things to last forever (though I wish they would!), and I appreciate that this is outside the warranty, but having something that no longer works because of a bit of faulty rubber and plastic is very disappointing. I won't be buying Panasonic again. It can and should do better!

This is a good flosser. It's easy to handle and manoeuvre around the mouth and is great at dislodging any food particles stuck in-between my teeth. However, I've yet to be convinced any water flosser effectively removes all plaque so I use this in conjunction with Tepe interdental sticks.However, as of the time of writing this review, you can't buy replacement nozzles for this model and Panasonic only supply one ultrasonic nozzle with the product. This means I can't share the flosser with other members of my family and, once the current nozzle wears out, the whole unit is basically junk.Once replacement nozzles are freely available I'd heartily recommend the 800 Series flosser but, until they are, I'd suggest buying something else.

All good so far, works well and is easy to hold and use. I find the tank holds enough water for a full clean and the battery seems to be holding its charge well. I previously had a Waterpik and I find this one is a bit lighter to handle, more slimline, but does the job as well as the Waterpik. A must have - you think you’ve done a good job at brushing your teeth until you use a water flosser and then you realise that you didn’t! I’m happy with this one 👍

UK Stecker passt nicht in Deutschland, Adapter nötig.Sehr hoher Wasser Verbrauch gegenüber Oral B.Reinigungsergebnis gegenüber Oral B schlechter.Möchte das Gerät zurück senden ,aber!Rücksendung nach UK kostet mindestens 12€ und das obwohl ich Prime Kunde bin

Certe un peu gros pour voyager mais il faut ça pour avoir une bonne reserve d eau.Sinon fonctionne très bien la batterie tien 15 jours facile. J ai la station Oral-B qui est top pour la maison et avais peur que cet hydropulseur ne soit pas assez puissant mais je suis très content de cet achat

Me quedé con el producto a pesar de que tenía la clavija inglesa porque me gustó mucho desde el principio. Solamente he comprado un adaptador y va genial. El aparato es pequeño y se puede guardar en cualquier sitio, la carga de agua es suficiente aunque yo suelo cargarlo dos veces cada vez, porque me gusta limpiar en profundidad. Desde que lo busque utilizo mucho menos el hilo dental y tengo la sensación de una limpieza profunda. El aparato es muy fácil de usar, además puedes ver y modificar el nivel de potencia sin tener que encenderlo previamente, lo cual es muy útil. La carga de agua es súper sencilla. Trae dos boquillasLo recomiendo.
