Simply drop a tablet into water for effective hydration, with virtually no calories, before and during sports.

Citric Acid, Electrolytes (37% (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Tricalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Carbonate, Sorbitol, Inulin, Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Red Beetroot Juice powder, B Vitamins (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin 5-Phosphate -sodium, Thiamin Mononitrate).

I use one of these every morning to hydrate and for a caffeinated energy boost - 75mg of caffeine is about the same as two cups of coffee so not something to use in the evening. The taste is a bit like flat coke so takes some getting used to but it isn’t unpleasant. Overall these do a great job and are decent value for money.

Bought more of these because they're really quite tasty and refreshing. My skin has improved too. Whether that's down to these or taking in more fluids, I'm not sure, but I really like these. Bought berry flavour to start with, then tries lemon and strawberry and lime. All good 👍

Schmeckt gut
Diese Elektrolytetabletten schmecken mir recht gut, auch im Vergleich mit einigen anderen, die ich bisher probiert habe. In der letzten Marathonvorbereitung hatte ich alle zwei Tage morgens eine Tablette getrunken und mir eingebildet, dass das auch einen kleinen positiven Effekt hatte. Viel spielt sich da ja auch im Kopf ab. Zumindest hat es nicht geschadet. Gegen den immer mal wieder verfügbaren Angebotspreis kann man auch echt nichts sagen.
