    Love these lights.1. The warm white is a win for me.2. It’s a good long string.3. The remote control is good.4. There is a timer! So I can set them to come on just before I go up to bed, or for when I get home etc. I really love that.I don’t have them on for hours on end so the battery life is good.

    I paid £8.97, which I'd say is reasonable. I wouldn't pay £18 though. The alternative USB powering was a nice surprise I hadn't noticed in the listing; you can power them off AA batteries or USB which is pretty convenient. The lights themselves are aesthetically pretty when on solidly, however...The light modes... I can't imagine who designed the patterns, other than somebody who must be visually impaired. The pulsing/flashing patterns will have a nice calm speed at times, but then cycle through to epileptic and anxiety-inducing strobing. Then the modes that fade/breathe... they fade/breathe to *off*. Complete darkness. It would be nice if they went from dim to dimmest and back to dim etc, but no, they go from dim to off to dim, I just can't conceive a scenario where you'd want your lights to plunge you into intermittent darkness every few seconds but here we are...The remote is convenient, but if you're as disappointed as I am with the light modes you might as well ignore all of the buttons except on/off and brightness. Oh, and the included small plastic clothes pegs are useless for attaching to anything other than solely the wire itself, which rather defeats the point of using them to hang to anything.

    Great lights, have lasted a long time. Look lovely wrapped around my bed headboard. My only minor complaint is that they don't save the light setting when you turn them off, so every time I turn them on i need to be ready with the remote to click number 8 to turn it to solid colour so i'm not blinded by flashes. It's not really an issue, but would be preferable to turn straight onto solid colour mode.

    These are very cool to any girls room or a room you want to feature. They look great and uses 2 batteries and they last for about 2-3weeks depending how often you use them and battery quality!

    A fairly small set of fairy lights, I like the bulbs.Although I like these fairy lights the battery life is really short if you leave them on (on purpose or accidentally...)Sometimes the remote control doesn't sense the lights, but other than that, they're cute, battery powered and the perfect size to create ambient lighting in smaller spaces.The lights, even-though the batteries need to be changed fairly frequently, emit a pretty bright light, they're a good brightness!
