The robust and fine mesh fabric provides good ventilation and thus offers a good climate especially on warm days. The fit of the shoe is also specially designed for the female foot. The sole construction of the shoe also convinces: the running Contagrip outsole offers the best grip on any surface and the 3D advanced chassis with an EVA midsole with triple hardness provides good cushioning and the necessary stability. With the proven Quicklace lacing system, the shoe can be fixed in no time at all - and the lacing system disappears into the practical flap garage. When running through demanding terrain, the Women's XA Pro feels really comfortable.

Superb value running shoe. So good is the price and the quality, I now have two pairs - one for off road and the other instead of usual running trainers to wear in the gym. I wanted something with more grip than a usual shoe so that I could run across country with the dog and they are brilliant. Fit as expected, good amount of support, better toe protection than normal trainers but still light weight. Lace system is great. I will be buying more when these wear out but can't see that happening for a while.

These shoes are very comfortable, however, despite ordering a size above my usual, they are very slightly too narrow - Salomon have narrowed their trail running shoes significantly over the last few years. They are much more flexible that the Goretex version which are ever narrower.Air venting is great but obviously you lose the waterproof aspect.All in a pretty good show - pity about the narrow fit

Typical of Salomon, these are well built with quality materials. Light weight to allow for hill running although still offer good support. Offer a lot of confidence underfoot in the wet.The most versatile approach trainers I have had.

These look like very good trail running shoes but I have not run in them - I could barely put them on. They are at least a size smaller than the indicated size (in this case 42 2/3. I normally take a 42.5 and these fit like a 42). Suprising as I have numerous other Salomon shoes and boots all of which are sized as expected

I am going on pair 9 or 10, I have lost count. Love these shoes, comfortable, run in them, play ball hockey, hike and scramble up Mt. Monadnock and others. Great shoes!
New tongue
This is my 12-13th pair of these ca pro 3d’s. They changed the tongue from a sleeve to a padded tongue- I don’t like that. Other than that the shoes are great as usual. Good seller. Thanks
