Wow! I'm quite impressed. I moved to the UK 8 years ago and my hair changed texture and colour. From long curly mid-light brown fine but dense, it slowly turned into dark blonde short fine, thin, frizzy and wavy. I knew it must be some kind of vitamin deficiency from the different climate and diet but didn't know exactly what it was. I tried bettering my diet, which helped but only half-way. I tried taking other hair vitamins, no results whatsoever. Finally I tried this product and voilà, my hair is 90% back to it's normal state from my teenage years before I moved to the UK, after taking it for just a few months. They are a bit too strong, so I only take half a capsule per day.

Having one a day of these and using caffeine shampoo/conditioner seems to be helping the regrowth of my hair after having baby. Would recommend.

I have used biotin for a while as I feel it makes a difference to hair fall out. I started to take biotin after having my son and suffering with hair loss. Usually cost a lot more for other brands I have tried so these are excellent at this price. Great value for money. Easy to swallow, packaged well. Great product

Ho iniziato a usare questo integratore da poco più di una settimana , bisogna prendere una pastiglia al giorno e viene raccomandato di non superare la dose consigliata . L ' ho scelto per il prezzo, piccolo a confronto delle 120 pastiglie che quindi ne consentono l' uso quotidiano per ben4 mesi. Inoltre la composizione basata su elementi naturali e' fondamentale per mantenere in forma pelle capelli e unghie . Lo consiglio !!!!!!

je termine une cure de 4 mois de Biotine et j'en suis entièrement satisfaite. dès les premiers jours, le changement se fait sentir: moins de perte de cheveux et plus besoin de me laver les cheveux aussi souvent qu'avant, ils restent propres et souples plus longtemps (jusqu'à 5-6 alors que je me lavais les cheveux tous les 3-4 jours avant la cure).le résultat se fait sentir également sur les ongles qui poussent plus vite et sont plus solides.en plus de ceci, les cheveux poussent plus vite, j'ai pris quelques centimètres en 4 mois alors que mes cheveux ne poussaient plus aussi vite qu'avant.je pense que je vais faire deux cures de deux mois par an pour continuer à bénéficier des bienfaits de ce produit.
