Upon unboxing, I was struck by its sleek design and how lightweight it was! It felt sturdy in my hand without being cumbersome, making it easy to handle during shoots. Setting it up was a breeze as its so easy to use and the instructions are actually very clear!, The addition of a light that literally magnetizes to the top of the unit itself is great for dark recording to such as trying to find the loo on a campsite hahaha!But now let's talk about performance. This gimbal is a game-changer when it comes to stabilizing footage. Whether you're shooting fast-paced sequences (like our kids running around!) or capturing slow, cinematic pans of the views in the area, the iSteady XE delivers buttery-smooth results. It effectively eliminates shaky footage, giving your videos a polished and professional look.One of the standout features of the iSteady XE is its versatility. With multiple shooting modes to choose from, including pan follow, lock mode, and POV mode, you have the flexibility to unleash your creativity and capture shots from various angles. The accompanying Hohem app further expands its capabilities, allowing for advanced features like object tracking, face tracking and motion time-lapse oh and some fun features too in the app are different scene modes etc.Battery life is another area where the iSteady XE shines. I was impressed by how long it lasted on a single charge (about 8 hours or so), so it gave me the freedom to shoot without constantly worrying about running out of power. And when it did eventually need to be recharged, the USB-C charging port made the process quick and convenient as thats the same charger my phone uses.In terms of compatibility, the iSteady XE is designed to work seamlessly with a wide range of smartphones, i use it with a Google Pixel 7a (in a case) and it holds up well. Plus, the included tripod and carrying case add to its portability and convenience, making it easy to take on the go.Overall, I can't recommend this Hohem iSteady XE Kit Gimbal Stabilizer enough. Whether you're a seasoned filmmaker or a social media enthusiast, it's a must-have tool for taking your videos to the next level. Have used this for several weeks now and have been very impressed. I have bought many different gimbals over the years and like to upgrade when they bring out new features or better battery life etc and have been really pleased with this one. The battery life is great and it has lasted as long as I expected, if not longer. It’s very easy to use and set up, even for the least technologically minded person. Connects to Bluetooth to control the phone attached, and has the main controls at your thumb. The build quality feels very sturdy, very well put together and due to the size you can pretty much take it anywhere. The handle itself is a little small but I add the mini tripod to get a better grip and that means I always have the mini tripod attached should I need to use it for added stability. My favourite part is the small fill light that is magnetically attached, as it also doubles as a remote control if you sit it down on a table and use the tripod for a steadier video. Overall considering the price paid too I would highly recommend it, value for money vs a lot of the bigger names on the market is fantastic

So I have a nautical YouTube channel and I’m often onboard boats that rock and move about. I bought this to sit on the table whilst recording updates ect. It’s ace! Whilst it obviously needs to be kept away from water, it pans and tilts perfectly with the boat, making my recordings look very professional and polished. I was sceptical with it being one of the more affordable options but the quality is ace and it out performs many of my colleagues kit. Highly recommend this. BUY IT! The media could not be loaded. The product itself has no faults, but make sure you know what you are buying and what for.I create content mainly on a set up, but I thought this would help me.create more smooth moving videos when showcasing products.Unfortunately the machine really struggled to give me the angles I needed, it became very frustrating trying to record with it.I think thus would only be useful for blogging and recording yourself.I sent mine back as it was not helpful for me.

As a YouTuber this Gimble is really going to take my videos to the next level. The Gimble is very easy to set up and comes with clear instructions as well.It’s very lightweight so I don’t see doing long shoots being an issue.The build quality is great and the size is ideal as it’s not too big and is very portable and fits easily into the nice bag that comes with it.I have done quite a lot of research on Gimbles and Hohem definitely stands out as being the top end of manufacturers.I look forward to making many videos with this game changing bit of kit. I would definitely recommend this.I’m a very happy YouTuber !!

I had purchased this product after comparing to a few others and was very surprised when I received the product and how great the stabilization was and have had no issues, as well as, having the light to use and light up for photo and video being taken.the only regret, we/I have had was that the stand is not telescoped and you have no adjustment to raise the unit if you needed too. other than this it is a great product and price well.thank you..

Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist neben einem USB Ladekabel und einem klappbarem Ständer für den Stabilisator sogar noch ein Licht, dass problemlos mit einem integrierten Magneten aufgesetzt werden kann.Nach dem Auspacken und der Installation der benötigten Hohem App auf dem Smartphone kann direkt gestartet werden.Einfach das Smartphone in den Halter stecken und ohne große Komplikationen los filmen.Der Smartphonehalter greift das Smartphone dabei sehr sicher, so dass man nie Angst haben muss es wurde runter fallen.Die elektrisch steuerbaren Bewegungen finden sehr sanft statt, so dass man immer ein schönes ruckelfreies Bild, bzw. Video hat.Über eine LED Anzeige am Stabilisator kann man schnell sehen in welchem Betriebsmodus sich das Gerät befindet.Der Zoom ist in Form eines Schiebereglers an der linken Seite so angebracht, dass man ihn wunderbar erreichen und damit arbeiten kann.Ebenso der Joystick so wie die Auslösetaste sind an der Front einfach zu erreichen und ruckelfrei zu betätigen.Der ganze Stabilisator liegt, auch durch sein geringes Gewicht angenehm in der Hand. NON PUO' MANCARE".... per smartphone!
The media could not be loaded. CIAO A TUTTI PER CHI NON MI CONOSCE IO SONO RINO, nel video di oggi, vediamo un gimbal tascabile a tre assi, economico veramente comodo da portare in giro. La confezione del gimbal isteady XE è composta da un cavetto usb tipo c che serve per caricare la batteria integrata, un treppiedi/estensore, una luce magnetica e una busta in velluto per riporre il tutto e chiaramente il gimbal.Come potete vedere durante la recensione il gimbal è piccolo….potrebbe stare anche in una tasca oppure dentro una felpa o in una borsetta. Questo marchio non lo conoscevo e mi ha comunque stupito.Questo gimbal di HOHEM ISTEADY XE a tre assi con motore brushless è veramente comodo da portare in in giro lo potete utilizzare per i vostri video. Questo gimbal è super leggero e pesa all'incirca 260 grammi.Sulla parte inferiore è dotato di una vite che ci permette di fissare il treppiede e può essere utilizzato come estensore risulta dello stesso diametro e questo fa da prolunga visto che questo gimbal è comunque corto e maneggevole per il trasporto.Parte frontale troviamo un joystick che ci permette di muovere il nostro gimbal da sinistra a destra in alto e in basso, un pochino più in basso abbiamo due tasti quello di destra ci permette di girare la fotocamera da verticale a orizzontale, mentre quello di sinistra ci permette di attivare o disattivare la registrazione video o le foto.Sul lato destro troviamo il tasto di accensione e spegnimento e appena più in basso abbiamo USB AC per la ricarica… la quale ci mette circa 4 ore…per una durata di 8 ore.Sul lato sinistro troviamo invece un tasto che ci permette di usarlo come zoom. Nella parte alta del troviamo una luce a led questa è magnetica e si può caricare con un cavo usb di tipo c, a tre diverse modalità di luce tra cui quindi quella bianca caldo, bianco freddo e naturale.E facile da utilizzare ma diciamo che passare da una modalità all'altra non è all'inizio semplice…non c'è all'interno un display che ci mostra la modalità, ci sono dei piccoli led che ci aiutano a capire le varie modalità, che una volta imparati diventano semplici per la gestione.I motori di questo gimbal rispondono diciamo prontamente e il passaggio quindi da verticale a orizzontale lo fa in maniera positiva . La sua stabilizzazione comunque risulta buona occorre comunque sempre all'inizio padroneggiare un po’ le tecniche basi.A volte con movimenti un pochino troppo rapidi diciamo o bruschi il gimbal risulta un pochino lento e quindi tende a perdere il soggetto, ma comunque esegue egregiamente il suo lavoro.Una caratteristica positiva e anche la possibilità di avere una vasta gamma di compatibilità con gli smartphone, comunque dobbiamo stare attenti a non mettere quelli troppo pesanti o magari spessi e soprattutto ci dobbiamo ricordare di eliminare la cover dello smartphoneUna cosa che mi piace tanto e che la pinza che tiene il telefono è fatta in modo che non possa premere i eventuali pulsanti che sono presenti sul fianco del telefono e questo è una cosa positiva.Un'altra cosa che mi è piaciuta e che è fatto in maniera disassata cioè il braccetto non rimane centrato in modo di lasciare diciamo libera la fotocamera per le riprese.Per quanto riguarda invece l’app dotazione si collega lo smartphone senza problemi e permette quindi di essere utilizzato col col Bluetooth tramite la sua interfaccia.Come vedete sul retro della scatola c'è un QR che permette di scaricare la sua app hohem joi, una volta scaricata e installata vi potete registrare e all'interno di questa app troverete dei tutorial in base al tipo di gimbal che avete comprato.PACKAGINGLa confezione risulta ben fatta.
