First impression - when getting the eye massager out of the box it looked and felt well made if not a little space age, but I was keen to give it a try. After a quick read of the instructions I plugged it in to charge using the lead (no plug adaptor provided). I left it for a couple of hours whilst I popped out and it was ready to use upon my return. After holding the on button for a few seconds it came to life and you receive audible directions to which setting you are on. I placed over my eyes and settled on the Automatic setting. What can I say is, it is different to any other heated eye mask I have tried in the past, tranquil music starts playing and then the eye mask inflates, heats, massages and vibrates all of which I can say were very comfortable and a nice experience. After 15 mins the program comes to an end (you are also advised by the audible voice) and it switches off.I felt relaxed and my eyes did feel refreshed and I was ready for sleep. The downsides - it is a little noisy as it inflates/deflates and massages however, after a few minutes I stopped noticing this, so I didn’t particularly find it irritating.I have given the eye massager 5* as overall I really like it and as I have said previously I found it relaxing once I got used to the sounds and sensations, however, I appreciate this may not be for everyone. I also suffer with dry eyes, which is one of the reasons I looked at this mask in the first place so I am interested to see if this helps in the long run.

I’ve had this product for over a year now, and have used it countless times. In fact, I would really hate to be without it now.On first use I didn’t like it, and thought it did nothing for me, second use, thought it was ok, by the third time I started coming round thinking it was helping a little. It just takes awhile to get used to the sensations, but once you do, it’s incredibly helpful and relaxing. I get a lot of tension headaches, and using this helps prevent them turning in to migraines. So give it a good chance. It’s not perfect, the music is annoying, and doesn’t last the full cycle, I prefer the water sounds, but they only last a couple of minutes and then the music comes back on, so I generally turn the sound off.The buttons are irritating, trying to change the options whilst wearing it normally results in selecting things I don’t want and having to go through it all multiple times. The charge doesn’t last as long now, but I think that’s normal for anything with a battery, over time.Overall, amazing! I use it all the time, often reaching for it before taking painkillers if I have a tension headache. I’d struggle without it, and will definitely be replacing it when necessary. Very much worth the money. I highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great relaxing product

I purchased this relaxing eye mask as my husband and myself suffer from dry eyes and due to using home PC, phone etc needed something to relax and calm our eyes. This little product plays nice calm music plus warms and massages around your eyes leaving you very relaxed. Best used at the end if the day. Fantastic product.

Really like this eye mask. The heat and massage function is brilliant and then on top of that you can play your music so it is brilliant. It fits really well, applies just the right amount of pressure and is comfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Nice product

Nice product, however, the battery life is terrible and this is why I’ve given it 3 stars.I have dry eyes and this seems to work for me. All my life I’ve had a squint, which I’ve now got used to (I’m now 59), but these massage/heat/ vibration goggles seem to help with my condition.Packaging is satisfactory.Arrived on time.See what you think.Update: I’ve now had this product a good while now and I’ve updated to 5 stars from 3 stars.I do suffer from depression (from being about 18 years of age) and I’m now 59.This product really chills me out and puts me at one with myself. This product is another weapon in my armer that helps me to fight and combat my depression. However, I do take medication for my depression.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not for me personally but I can see why it works for others

    L.W. · 1 December 2024

I bought this to help with my migraines which unfortunately at this time of year are quite frequent. The mask comes nicely presented in a nice box and appears well made. I chose to buy an ‘opened box as new’ item because I appreciated the reduced price. It arrived quickly as always from Bolo and I unfortunately got the chance to test it on my migraine the next day.The mask sits quite securely on your face with the head strap and was comfortable for me despite my quite small head and features (if it wasn’t for my wrinkles I could pass as an early teenager!). The pressure is nice, it varies and massages around your eyes, for me though I would like a little more pressure to really help with my head pain. I hoped it would massage my sinus areas under my eyes more but the pressure mostly concentrates above your eyes. It runs for 15 minutes and then auto stops which I feel is great to relax tired eyes but I would want longer during a migraine. It was easy to use though and wouldn’t be a hardship to just press the button again. The heat this device produces is nice, very nice for eye strain I feel but again, not quite on the mark to help me personally with my migraine - I tend to reach for cold therapy and I couldn’t see a way to switch the heat element off.The device is quite noisy, the pump for the air pressure is just next to your left ear and you can hear it inflate. I got used to it quite quickly however and it’s not a bad level or tone that made my headache any worse.I did also use this without a migraine, just as something to relax with and for that it was great. Pressure and warmth were good and I did find myself relaxing and quite enjoyable. So for me, it’s a no for migraines, yes for relaxing and eye strain. I didn’t keep the product as I wanted it to help with my migraine and I can’t justify the cost for it not to help with that. If I worked on a computer or drove all day I can say I would spend the money to help me relax and recover.

    Muy útil para relajarse

Me ha servido mucho para relajarme, se siente de buen material y llegó en buenas condiciones.

A little heavy but feels great

    L.S. · 29 November 2023

I bought this product while it was on sale and looking for Christmas gifts. I ended up buying another one for a family member after trying it out and liking it so much. I saw in the reviews that some people say it doesn't fit snug to your face, which I noticed too but I found a solution. The photo I've attached hopefully shows that I adjusted the device to sit at an angle on my head. I didn't put the band directly level with my ears, but angled it up so it rests more towards the crown of my head. I've found that this makes the massager portion of the device able to reach closer to my nose while still reaching my temples as well. That aside ill list the pros and cons of the device:Pros:Feels amazing on temples and eyes, almost like hands, which I was not expecting for essentially a bag inflating and deflating around your head. It imitates something that a masseuse would do. Targeting multiple areas and going a long or short time on some areas, or multiple areas at once...good technology. It lasts about 15-20 minutes then automatically shuts off.You can choose heat, vibration and music all at once or have any combination of the 3.Vibration adds another level to this massage. If you fit the device snug to your head you will feel the vibration around the crown of your head, which in my opinion contributes a great deal of pleasure in addition to the 'rubbing' sensation. If you're into asmr, you can pair your phone to the massager and listen to that while being massaged. It takes asmr tingles to another level.Cons:It is heavy on your head and takes some adjusting pretty much everytime you put it on. I prefer to lay down when I have it on as it will usually slip down a little if im sitting up. The way the eye pads inflate makes it so the whole device will shift a little bit on your head...so even while you're being massaged you may have to adjust sometimes more.It can feel like slightly too much pressure at certain times...especially when it's on top of your eyeballs.I so wish they made this thing with a way to still be able to see. I enjoy watching something while I'm relaxing and with this im forced to look at nothing but darkness. I suppose at least having audio makes it less 'boring', but if you're able to tolerate looking at nothing but the back of your eyelids this shouldn't be a problem. This is a strange one but as someone that suffers with ptsd, having a loud, heated, mechanic device that prevents vision strapped on your head can bring on a slight feeling of anxiety or claustrophobia. It's a little loud, with the motor sound and the crinkling of the inflatable bags. The music that automatically plays is like generic spa music, but you can either turn it off or use Bluetooth to replace that sound. You have to press the power button a bunch of times to cycle through all the options. I gave up on doing that everytime and just let it do its thing. All in all, the pros out way the cons to me. Even though its not perfect it comes close to a real massage, and for what it is I can't ask for much more. I was pleasantly suprised, its not just a gimmick.

    Relaxing eye massage!

Product looks exactly as shown. I bought these because of my dry eyes and staring into a computer screen for long hours. After using it for three times I have to say it felt great, I haven't gone past the default setting for heat/vibration/pressure combined. I can't tell you if it's doing anything for my dry eyes but I do notice right after the 15 minute session is over that my nasal breathing seems a bit clearer. The vibration or pressure it gives under and over the eyes feels so good that I wish I could use this mask for hours on end! I found positioning the mask on my face took a little getting used to. You definitely don't want the massagers in the mask over your eye or pressing down on them. Keep in mind you can't see the massagers in the mask but you can feel them once you have the mask on where you can then adjust to the proper position. For me to rememeber where to position the mask I put my index finger on the tip of my nose and I push the mask down so the bridge of the nose area of the mask touches the top of my finger. I know then that the mask is centered and aligned with the areas around my eyes where the massaging needs to happen. There are three things I would like to mention but none of them affect performance or comfort of the mask...1) Headband - I've never seen an adjustable band bunch up at the side, just not thought out well. 2. Bluetooth - There is no setting to disable it, I don't need or want it enabled permanently. These really don't need it anyway, you can still hear your phone or iPod, you can even wear your own headphones! Speaking of which I can't wear my Bose headphones for long with bluetooth enabled, it gives me a headache. If I choose to wear them for extended periods they are used with the auxillary cable, I then disable the bluetooth on them. 3. Leather - The material on the inside of the mask is NOT leather, when are companies going to stop with the false advertising? The eye pads are made of a stretchy, soft vinyl-like material, almost similar to what's found on headphones. ....Overall the quality is awesome, they make my tired eyes feel much better and I think they also help with my sinuses, so with that I would definitely recommend them. I give them 5 stars for what they accomplish but get rid of the bluetooth (the speaker is not that great anyhow), and redesign the strap so it doubles over neatly.

    Excelente producto.
