Easy to get on. However I did have a slight issue with getting it on over my head. I did have to cut the elastic and then secure with a bobble when I got it over my head and inplace. Worked perfectly. Stayed inflated.Fun costume the kids at the school loved it.

Although the product looked good, it did not inflate, the pump would not stay in the hole and needed to be held. Even with that due to the holes the air was escaping and didn’t inflate at all.
