    I got it when I started the Carnivore diet. It’s made a huge difference with the cramps and fatigue I was getting at first.I’m 80% carnivore now but even when I’m off it I’ll drink a glass with electrolytes first thing in the morning. It keeps me hydrated and I can feel the difference throughout the dayIt’s also been a life saver when I got sick and dehydrated while on holidays abroad.For the price there is a huge quantity, I’m still on my first one but will reorder when I run outThe taste is ok, quite saltier than I expected (this is my first electrolytes) but I like that there is no artificial stuff in it.     Having tried foul smelling fishy products, this was a breath of fresh air. I take it neat before and after exercise and in hot climates and I believe it helps with recovery, etc. Will buy again.

    This was one of the few electrolyte powders with good ratios that was free of sweeteners or sugar, or anything else artificial. I've been having this whilst adapting to carnivore diet. Works great in sparkling water with a meal. I also mix this in the morning with creatine.

    I suffered a lot from cramp while playing tennis, since I've started mixing this into my water I haven't had any issues yet thankfully (about 2-3 months in). For that reason alone, I fully endorse this. However, I was extremely disappointed at first because of how unpalatable this is if you mix it with just 500ml water as it says you can - it's like drinking seawater, absolutely disgusting and just makes you want to throw up. I eventually found a way to mask the taste and make it nice to drink, but not many things work it's that strong. The only things I've found to work so far to work so far are a strong flavoured lemon & lime cordial mixed with 800ml of water (not 500ml as the powder directs) or a 'summer fruits' cordial, again diluted in 800ml of water, and adding 2 teaspoons of sucralose sweetener. Without the sweetener, the summer fruits cordial is still just a disgusting salty taste. However, with just the lemon & lime cordial, I'd even describe the taste as nice as the cordial's flavour on its own is enough to overpower the saltiness of the powder, but I've tried about 6-7 different cordials that weren't enough to mask the taste before I found one that would.

    I'm sure it works great and it's good value for money but I can't use it due to the taste. I've tried it with water, chocolate protein shake, squash etc and it makes everything taste vile
