I love this. It's easy to use, doesn't leak and keeps things hot. With some travel cups I've found it difficult to get the lid on properly. This one goes on right every time. Great colour too.It did have a scratch on the side when it arrived which is a shame but I needed it so I kept it anyway.

Really pleased with this. Fits the cup holder in the car, easy to hold, holds a decent amount of coffee, hot, and the locking mechanism ensures no leaks. I've also used for cold drinks and equally effective. The colours also ensure they stand out at the coffee shop so easy to spot! I now have 3 so one is always ready to go. Recommended.

I don't actually use this for travelling - I just got sick to death of every cup of tea/coffee that I made during the working day going cold on my desk before I got a chance to drink it. So I treated myself to this little darling and I'm *completely* enamoured with it.My drinks stay hot, there's no danger of spillage on my paperwork or computer, it's comfortable to hold, easy to use and looks very sleek.In fact I love it so much that I've just bought a second one for using at home - perfect for when I'm pottering in the garden!

The colour is great, it will standout so I can keep it visible.It keeps my drinks hot gor a long time.It is great value and lightweight. It cleans easas the lid flicks open to clean all parts.The only negative is the drinking hole is a bit small.Overall very happy.

This is my second contigo mug. The first one lasted over 12 years and still works perfectly but got a little shabby as I wash it in the dishwasher (this is not recommended but I'm lazy). Love being able to open part of the lid for cleaning the new one... previous one didn't have that feature. Keeps coffee properly warm for a couple of hours. No spill. Also love the new lock. If I lost it, I'd replace like for like again.

The best flask money can buy! My mum had her old one for about 3 years and the only reason we bought a new one is because she lost the other one and was heartbroken! It’s extremely easy to wash, great price and actually keeps drinks hot or cold. It’s also easy enough to hold for an adult, and fits in the cup holder section of your car!

I purchased one of these thermal mugs for my wife quite a few years ago which she after all this time dropped down the stairs at her place of work. We are both so impressed with this mug that I had to buy her an exact replacement and she is so happy to have her reliable travel mug back. The mug keeps tea and coffee hot for many hours and cold drink cold the same, the lid is easy operated and the seal stops spillage. The thermal mug also fits into most car cup holders. We think these mugs are the best out of the many alternatives we have tried, absolute total quality!

I ordered this mug in August 2021, less than two years ago and from virtually day one I noticed when I’d washed it the outer coloured coating had started to peel off. It is generally hand washed but occasionally put, as instructions, in the top rack of the dishwasher. I used it this morning and got a mouthful of coating as I was drinking from it. Not very nice.
