I bought this after unfortunately buying a cheaper one from a well known auction site - never again as it did not stay on my windscreen - however this UGreen model is perfect and with good swivel action holds my phone and the suction remains strong - highly recommended avoid those cheaper and inferior models
4.0 out of 5 stars Great holder but mine snapped on the ball joint after around 2.5 yrs of fairly light use.
Excellent suction to the screen it never moved.The arms are also good and held the phone nice and stable. You do need 2 hands to put the phone in but it was very reliable.The phone was an S23 Ultra and I can't fault the mount except where the arm joins the ball joint which snapped on my last journey.I would still recommend but be aware of the strength of the joint.

I'd recommend this product, for the price it's great.The foam pad did tear pretty quickly but after a bit of gorilla glue, it was fine. It did fail (snapped hinge) after about a year but can't complain given the price, I liked it so much I replaced it with the same product.Great suction and lots of places where you can make adjustment and tighten the mechanism.

I’ve had this in my car since I received it on the 2nd of July 2024. Initially I was very happy with the product. It worked as needed and felt well built. It didn’t fall off my windscreen which was great and held my phone in place. However, yesterday as I attempted to remove my phone from the holder, everything came off the windscreen apart from the sticky rubber section of the product, a spring and plastic piece landed in my lap and everything else fell to the floor. Upon inspection it looks like the product is broken and all that was holding it together was a very small plastic part, attaching the base unit to the plastic holder. When looking on Bolo to try and return it, Bolo now direct you to the manufacturers website and it’s not clear if I’m able to return it and get a replacement Which is disappointing. I will pursue that route, but historically Bolo have always handled the return and replacement process which was a great thing, but now I’m having to go outside of that to the manufacturer and make my complaint there so who knows what will happen. My advice would be to perhaps not purchase this product and look at other better made products that have a lot more durability The last thing I want to do is buy unreliable plastic products and then have to throw them away after just over one months use. The return date was the 1st of August and the warranty is only 30 days so I’m only just outside both of those, amazing isn’t it? It’s like they new it’s a short life producy. Buy cheap buy twice I guess is the old adage!

Very sturdy and easy to mount and use. It makes such a difference when I am using my phone for directions when going somewhere as I can now easily glance at the map rather than needing someone to check it for me.

I think you need to use two hands with this when taking the phone out. I think my wife was taking the phone out with a single hand - pulling outwards and the phone getting caught on the small rubber 'hook. The first pad came off after only a week of and, while you can stick it back on - it lost its adhesion over the next couple of weeks. This results in your phone falling gout of the holder with a moderate 'bump' in the road.I don't think you'd have this problem if you used two hands to open the phone 'jaws'.I can't find replacement rubber pads for the phone and it feels a shame to throw this away as it isn't mechanically broken.Otherwise the product was great - the windscreen adhesion was fantastic, though. A sticky grip, reinforced with suction, means it won't come off the windscreen. When I took it off to replace it it was a simple 2-3 minute job - and didn't leave any adhesive residue behind.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour le porter sur un tableau de bord d'une vieille Jeep Wrangler. Après utilisation, il ne bouge pas. Par contre c'est un peu difficile pour écarter les bords qui serrent le portable. En même temps c'est pour cela qu'il ne bouge pas !Produit de qualité.

Se fija al coche perfectamente, cristal o salpicadero, no se mueve, el móvil se ajunta muy bien, no se cae, muy recomendable
