I bought these for my mum initially because she had sore skin on her legs and a history of varicose veins but she really couldn’t swallow them. They are quite big. So as they were non returnable I thought I would try them. I haven’t got varicose veins but have been having restless legs and achy legs for a few years now. I’m 45, not overweight and fit and healthy. They seemed to work, I haven’t had restless legs for ages now or achy legs and they seemed to work quite quickly, like after a few weeks. There are clinical trials showing the active ingredient work so that and feeling better generally has made me carry on taking them. I had no problem swallowing them and i think I will always try and take them now because my legs do feel better.

It's a misleading adv since it neglects to tell you if you are taking any medications you must ask your doctor. It says this on the back of the package but it is too late then because Bolo will NOT authorize a return/refund. It also neglects to tell you about all the side effects you could get. I checked with my doctor and he said not to take them.Bolo refused to let me return them for a refund even though the package has never been opened. I even got in touch with New Nordic (their manufacturer) and they could do nothingDon't waste your money..
