    Life saver post partum. Buy the whole Frida kit, the spray, the gazel padd, the perineum bottle, the cold packs, the underwear ALL of it.I was up and about in a day, 3 days of discomfort, back to "normal" / new normal by day 7. Stopped using about day 9 and I have to give these products a huge shout out.I am going into the season of pregnancy #4 and will be restocking everything this November.Absolute Mom Must Have.

    These helped me immensely after giving birth and were way better than the small circle witch hazel pads that they give you in the hospital. I swapped those for these instead because the other ones were such a pain to layer together front to back, and would not stay in place. These are perfect because they are long and cover your whole area for soothing relief. I will be 100% repurchasing these again for my next baby and highly recommend these and packing them in your hospital bag!
