    I bought this item to use an extra camera phone whilst attached to one of our DSLrs.The first one arrived and was a little loose, so I contacted customer support and they immediately sent out a replacement within 24hrs…. In over 50 years on this planet I’ve not come across such prompt customer support.I will be using these guys again as i have first hand professional experience from them.

    Product works exactly as detailed and designed, fits on my canon 80D no problem and will fit the majority of cameras. Also used with additional microphone on top and although it adds height to the overall rig it works well. Only note I would add is that when using with my phone (iPhone 14) I do have to remove the phone case to ensure it is connected properly and secure.

    it does what its supposed to with very few moving parts, feels a little flimsy with the plastic mechanism but it still manages to hold my phone on top of the camera comfortably (s22 ultra) while its on the gimble

    I have other ULANZI photography/video products and they are excellent.However this product was not of the same standardThe main issue was the actually Phone holder- that is very cheap and plastickyThe 'teeth' of the phone holder section not very sturdy and not easy to move up and downIt also looks like that section will not lost very long with lot of useFor this reason alone I would recommend not to buy this item . For the price and the ULANZI name i was expecting something a lot better

    I can't recommend this product at all.The badThe "clamp" isn't pulling the phone together as it is indexed, which means it clicks down at certain positions and doesn't actually hold your phone safely in place. I suggest you look for an alternative that has a built-in tension spring instead.The less badThe styling is "reminiscent" of Manfrotto so if you want that look then maybe try this. But as the clamp doesn't work, it is only advisable to get this if there are no other clamps available or you're using it in a static position, in a studio, on a tripod, and your phone doesn't mind smashing on the floor and cracking in a million glassy pieces.VerdictAvoid at all costs!

    Does not fit my Galaxy S23 Ultra with the thinnest protection. The grip is high enough but the gripping fasteners comes out to short. Also a very plastic feeling of it

    If you just need something to hold your phone in position, then you can't go wrong with this.However:- adjusting the angle is not precise, you get about 15° intervals to choose from and it only has about 145° range.- you can change between portrait and landscape, but it's a bit stiff and feels fragile like I might break it.- The materials are cheapy and plasticky, and overall feels very fragile.- For removing your phone you need to press a button, but if you made it too tight on your phone, it won't release unless you apply more pressure on the clamp to release the locking mechanism.Overall, it does the job, but adds no extra value in my opinion.

    Meine Kamera hat zwar ein Klappdisplay, aber das obere Teil ist verdeckt, wenn man die Kamera sehr tief hält. Dadurch wird die Bildkomposition erschwert.Da die Kamera aber mit einem Smartphone fernbedienbar ist, war die Idee, dieses für die Bildkomposition in bestimmten Fällen zu benutzen.Und da kommt die Halterung ins Spiel, damit das Smartphone nicht irgendwo abgelegt werden muss.Diese Haterung ist sehr hochwertig gefertigt und bietet dem Smartphone einen sicheren Halt.Sie kann sowohl auf dem Blitzschuh der Kamera wie auch auf einem Stativ befestigt werden.
