    I’ve tried lots of different massagers and for one reason or another they’ve been rubbish But this time I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this massager is. Very robust and actually works. I used it across my whole back and neck and could feel it getting rid of the knots. It definitely isn’t for anyone that wants a soft tickle type massage. This is for those that want a sports massage as the mechanism is quite powerful. The heat setting is a real bonus to. Excellent value for money

    This is the first massager I’ve ever bought, so can’t compare with others. I only bought it because I got it cheaper in the sales, (£28)I’m 5’7”, small framed and this works fine with me.It’s a bit bulky, but seems well made. The heat function as others have mentioned doesn’t really get that hot, mildly warm at best I’d say. But the massage function feels really good once you work out how to use it properly.It feels REALLY good when massaging the back of your neck (especially if you tilt your head forward with the massager sitting on top of your neck), and good for massaging shoulders, working all the way down the back. I soon worked out the more you pull on the hangers/sleeves the more deep/intense the massage. It can get painful if you pull too hard on the hangers/sleeves. If you want a nice relaxing, therapeutic massage, pull the hangers/sleeves gently. If you need a more intense massage pull the hangers/sleeves harder. Just sit forward with the massager in place, pull the hangers/sleeves and move your hands and arms around a bit to find where you want the pressure applied, and also how much pressure you actually want applying. You can make the massage as soft or as hard as you like using this technique.The pics are misleading as you can’t see the power cable in any pic, suggesting it’s cordless/rechargeable. But it’s not. In the product description write up it clearly states it’s an electric corded device. This is not a rechargeable product. It works with a power lead plugged into a wall socket and connected to the massager while you use it!I’ve used it several times to date. If I run into any future problems or I find out how fantastic it is at sorting outtension/stress/aching muscles I will be sure to update this review. So far after a little massage session I definitely feel better. But I haven’t used it yet when I’ve had tension/stress/aching muscles, because I haven’t had any such problems since I’ve had this device. They’ll come sooner or later.From what I have seen and experienced so far this product would make a good Xmas present.*update* 7th April 2024As promised I said I would update if I experienced something different. I’m still using it regularly and it’s still working good with no visible signs of wear.The other day I had terrible tension/stress in my upper back and neck caused by looking down for long periods. (I was actually doing a jigsaw and really got into it 😁, but I was bending my head, looking down for 12 hours 2 days on the trot). And the inevitable happened. Anyway I used my massager for about 20 mins and I was instantly cured. Fantastic, I would now give this product 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

    Functionality: Too notch, I love the design and feel of it..it’s also the perfect size, I like the fact that it is mobility friendly. I can place it however k want and move it about. I love it.

    Oh my goodness! I have suffered with such bad painful shoulders and neck for years and years...... only received this yesterday, and gave my neck a good doing! It feels looser already. I'm going to be using this every day! Very impressed, and good value. Easy to operate and definitely has helped with some of the pain.

    This massager is amazing it has worked out my knots in my shoulders, it gives a good sports massage it’s definitely not for those who prefer a gentle massage.

    I got this massager because when my migraines are active my neck is like it's full of painful rocks, and I needed something, anything, to help. I decided on this one because of the heat function and the reviews.When I got it out the box I was a little intimidated by the size and bulkiness of it, it's quite massive, and when you put it on your neck it's very hard, but once it starts going it's the brutal massage I need! It doesn't get hot enough for my liking, you can barely feel the heat, but I suppose they're erring on the side of caution. I also don't like that you have to hold the 'arms' of it down in place the entire time, which makes it much less relaxing. Velcro would have been a good shout.You can change the speed and direction of the massage, and also turn the heat on and off. You know the heat is on when it's glowing red. The massage alternates direction every minute (but you can press the direction button to change it again) and then turns off automatically after 15 minutes.It's quite noisy, but that doesn't bother me. The pressure is hard, but you can change that a little depending on how you hold the arms. While it doesn't hit 100% of the things I was after (it just can't hit the middle top part of my neck) I'm really glad I bought this, especially for the price.
