I find it fits my nose well (I have an average size nose I think). Adhesion is excellent as long as the skin is clean and dry. Sometimes it sticks a little too well!Excellent value and they have become essential for my sleep. I can breathe so much easier and often wear them during the day, especially when I'm bunged up with a cold.

Overal these are very good specially on value and quality. They fit nice and they keep your nostrils open which is what you want .The down side is the adhesive is to strong, Yes they stay on your nose unless your skin is greasy but as I usually wash my face before putting these on my skin is greaseless and the glue on these stick the patch down well , just to well , as when its time to take off in morning these have stuck down to well and even when carefully taking off it brings the blood to the surface and sometimes it rips the skin and if like me you use them every time I go to bed otherwise I have to sleep in spare room then it damages my skin terrible. I have tried to pat the glue a couple of times with my fingers to make some of it less sticky but still sticky enough to stay on. After several attempts, I have worked out roughly how much stickiness to remove but thats just my personal settings. It might be brilliant for you but if you have sensitive skin as well as thin skin which I have due to illness you need to be careful. At the end of it all these are excellent value and the seller got these out to me very fast they actually arrived a week early. Great seller.

I have narrow nasal passages which makes it harder for me to breath through my nose at night when lying down. These nasal strips really work well and i avoid getting a dry throat from breathing through my mouth all night. To really be successful with these strips and other brands, you really must wash your nose with soap and water and dry thoroughly before applying. The adhesive is pressure sensitive so I hold down the strip firmly for 60 secs (min 30 secs). If you do this and don't touch the adhesive side when putting on, these will stay put all night (8 hrs+). Be sure not to place them too low or too high on your nose as that will impact effectiveness. Follow the instructions for best results.

UPDATED REVIEW (May 2023)Every single one of this batch of strips has fallen off due to not being sticky enough. I've tried tens of them and not one has stayed stuck on all night. Some of them peel off immediately, let alone after a few minutes or hours. What a shame - they were great before. I'm going back to the Breathe Right strips.---PREVIOUS REVIEW (Oct 2021)I've tried lots of different brands of adhesive nasal strips, and this is currently my favoured brand. I prefer the look of other brands with a clear strip instead of a vaguely pinky-beige strip, but those other brands tend to be faaaar more expensive, so I buy these instead.They seem to have the right rigidity and the right level of stickiness for me, as well as providing pretty good 'bulk buy' value.

Virtually useless .Glue doesn't hold for any length period. Tried overnight but came off one side making it useless .Shame because it Actually feels like a quality item .Flexible enough to keep nostrils open but the glue is awful ,just doesn't work
