    These are absolutely the best quality products I have purchased.It comes with everything you need, you can tell the quality as soon as you open the package.I have cancelled my gym membership as I can do all the exercises with this kit I need.If your considering this then do!You can combine straps to increase resistance when needed.I can now workout many times a day in the comfort of my home instead of once at the gym

    Bought these bands based on reviews, and after trying a cheaper set to see if bands any use. Result, I wish I’d acquired a set a long time ago. As to the Proiron bands, these seem well made, with clear labelling as to band strength, plus you can combine them if you need more than the 30kg band.Band length only is approx. 165cm, and with handles attached it’s 210cm. I’m 5 foot 10 in (178 cm) and they’re ok for me, but some people below that may prefer shorter bands, although using stronger band does compensate somewhat as less movement.The only other thing is that the band only has a plastic tube in centre where you stand on it. This is fine if wearing footwear, but can get uncomfortable if not, such as wearing just socks in lounge like I do. I solved it by cutting a piece of foam exercise mat and putting that over the band, but a padded tube would be a welcome addition

    That's an amazing bit of kit to start working out in the house.I tried to use dumbbells, but it was somewhat noisy. With this it's nice and quiet. The range of resistance is great and you can increase the difficulty slowly. It comes with handles, ankle straps and a bit that stops on the door. You can train all the muscles with only this which is great for beginners.

    I found these to be...... O.K but after using them for a short time, I've ended up buying other bands that I feel a lot more confident using.I use resistance bands as a 'warm up' before training with sandbags, so they're not pushed to the limit of their 'useability', but I'm afraid these reached that point fairly quickly.These tube bands are very similar (but a lot longer, and minus the hooks) to 'bungee straps' that are used to secure stuff.What I didn't particularly like, (but I kind of get the reasoning behind it) is the hard plastic covering part of each length of band. These are meant to protect the bit of band you stand on while exercising, but I found them to be a nuisance, as the plastic used is stiff, it distorts the band, and reduces the effectiveness of the 'stretch'.I found the best way around this problem was to carefully cut off the plastic, and replace it with a length of velcro neoprene.Cheap as chips, protects the band, and helps to prevent the bands getting tangled too much!The other thing that I didn't really like was the black plastic cover on each end of the bands to 'protect' them where the loops to clip on handles are formed.These things just slide off, and as such are pointless.

    I needed some bands to help with a shoulder recovery, these looked good and at a fair price. They are certainly sturdy, very professional in finish, and a good range of resistances. The handles and links are very good, and a useful leaflet for what types of excercise for which part of the body is enclosed. Overall, nothing negative to think of, great value for what you get.

    De lo mejor que he comprado en los últimos años. Antes compraba las sencillas dentro 5-20 Euros.... Para principiantes esta muy bien al principio. Una vez que agarras fuerza y aumentas. Ellas se terminan rompiendo. Te aconsejo que desde el principio inviertas en una mejor calidad de bandas. Estas son espectaculares!!!.... Es que la diferencia es inmensa en cuanto a calidad. Esta marca la investigué y es alemana. Productos muy buenos!!... Recomendado!

    Non sono nuovo nel settore delle resistance band e queste, dopo una lunga serie di traversie con i modelli più classici (quelli in gomma, per intenderci) che hanno portato, dopo poco tempo dall'utilizzo, alla rottura dei sopracitati, sembrano essere il modello definitivo.Assemblate come un insieme di filamenti elastici avvolti da una guaina simil maglia di tessuto col fine di proteggerli, vi è una ulteriore guaina in materiale plastico abbastanza solido ma che risponde, in maniera egregia, agli stimoli di deformazione. Questo serve come protezione in caso di esercizi in cui, le suole delle calzature, prevedono il posizionamento della resistance band al di sotto di esse. Per quanto riguarda il feedback di resistenza e peso sprigionato, lo trovo molto accurato e capace di offrire una combinazione ottimale in base ai propri carichi. Il kit è composto da cinque resistance band di differente peso, due comode maniglie con impugnatura imbottita e moschettoni, due cavigliere, l'attaccamento per porta o altri infissi, una sacca di trasporto e un piccolo manuale completo di esercici user friendly. Per il prezzo pagato, la qualità è davvero su livelli ottimi e, dopo cinque mesi di utilizzo senza alcun problema, non posso che consigliarle.
