It is also packaged in 100% aluminium with a compostable label, making it infinitely recyclable in an efficient closed-loop system.   • Nourish and Protect: Cashmere and Wool are delicate natural fabrics that deserve special treatment. No.3 extends the life of your garments by gently cleaning, renewing and, softening. Beautiful Scent: Real natural essence of sandalwood and patchouli boost the impact of the detergent beyond to naturally protect your clothes from moths.
  • How To Use: Hand wash: Fill a basin with cool water. Pour in 2-3 caps per garment, swirl around then place your garments in and submerge. Gently agitate the water, leave for around 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. After washing, dry your garment flat on a towel, and savour the lingering aroma of wonderful essential oils.

    This is fantastic stuff. Those who say it is expensive are discounting the fact that you only need a cap or two in your washing machine detergent dispenser so a bottle lasts for ages. Turn your socks and woollens inside out, select a delicates or wool wash and use No 3. The items come out clean, soft and smelling gorgeous. I’ve bought this several times over already.

    It’s a really nice product that seems to do an effective job of caring for and subtly scenting fine woollen garments. However, despite some clearly quite careful packaging a considerable quantity of the product had leaked during the shipping/delivery procedure. In view of the costly nature of the cleanser it’s not really acceptable to end up with maybe two thirds of what you actually purchased

    I liked this - easy to use and smells gorgeous. It felt gentle and I am optimistic it will help keep my cashmere looking good for longer. Not cheap but you don’t need much.

    Very impressed with this product. All my knitwear comes up clean, smelling great and in good condition. My jumpers (including cashmere) are now all machine washed without any drama. Once dry they're really soft and the fragrance is subtle but gorgeous. I have bought some of their other product and I'm as delighted with them. And they have all the right eco credentials.

    I used this on a hair towel because it's soft fibre and might shrink in the wash.. but it didn't do a very good job of cleaning the piece even though it wasn't huge (if I used it on my cashmere cardigan.. which is huge and heavy for example.. it'd of been a disaster because that is such an effort to hand wash.. and this didn't even work on a small item)I wont be buying the full product or repurchasing. It does smell nice and the smell stays.. but so do the marks and the musty odours that you want to wash away..

    Before discovering No.3 I had wasted a lot of time and money (not to mention the environmental impact) taking cashmere items to be dry cleaned– but this product cleans your delicates beautifully and gives you peace of mind that you’re not going to ruin them!! I have used it both as a hand wash and in the hand wash setting on my washing machine. The delicate smell is amazing and no issues with sensitive skin. And it is the only cashmere wash I’ve found which is fully plastic free. I use this and my eco egg for environmentally friendly clothes washing.

    Although this is a little expensive a little goes a long way. My woollens including cashmere garments came out really soft. Delivery was quick. Would buy again, a useful product for special items of clothing.

    Product was just ok, seller was terrible, never replied about the problems he made (e.g. refund), with the help of Bolo finally got through.For the product, I would just use it for sweaters with dark colors, because it leaves yellow brown stains on the light color knitwears.
