Can’t go wrong- 50g protein in one bottle, great for vegetarians who struggle to keep up for protein intake, my 15 yo is very fussy but absolutely loves these, I always have them in the house for a quick top up of protein

I usually buy the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard powder and saw these and curious what they tasted like as they’re quite convenient when you don’t have time to mix something together.After my first bottle, I can confirm this is an acceptable tasting shake but isn’t as nice tasting as the For Goodness Shakes (40g high protein version). I was going to order a pack of the latter but decided to try the Optimum version instead and wish I’d ordered the FGS instead. They’re also more expensive but with an offer on I thought it’d be a good time to try them.Having tried most of the bottled shakes out there, this would rank second to For Goodness Shakes 40g shake. Their interpretation of chocolate is not as nice as For Goodness Shakes plus it’s like you can taste the sweetener as well. But it’s not as bad as most of the other brands out there.

This protein shake was different than the others, I felt it wasn’t thick. It tasted like yazoo but was quick and easy to drink. It didn’t fill me up tho but I have them on top of my meals so I gain weight

Started working out a few months back and found these to be the best source of protein for me. These vanilla shakes are lovely and creamy, and feel like a sweet treat post work out. Not chalky at all which I can't stand and working out around £2 per bottle for 50g protein is excellent value, compared with making shakes yourself with protein powder - which would usually require at least 2 scoops to match the protein content, and they can be lumpy/chalky. The chocolate one I found to be just a bit too "fake chocolate" tasting for my liking but that goes with most things that aren't real chocolate since I am an addict!

Die Flaschen sind robust, so dass man sie auch ohne bedenken im Rucksack transportieren kann. Der Geschmack ist, wie man es von Optimum Nutrition kennt, absolut super! Preislich sind die fertig drinks natürlich deutlich teurer als wenn man sich das Whey selber mischt, darüber sollte man sich natürlich im Klaren sein. Trotzdem der perfekte Begleiter, wenn es mal schnell gehen soll!

Ideal también para gente mayor
Se lo damos a mi abuelo de 92 años porque tiene que comer líquido y encontramos este batido, que ya viene líquido y no hace grumos como con el polvo. Le encanta y estamos tranquilos que no le van a faltar proteínas. Hemos pedido la compra recurrente ya que consume entre media y una botellita al día.
Dépôt dans le fond et texture granuleuse une fois agité
The media could not be loaded. Reçu en juillet avec une date limite de consommation pour septembre seulement ? Le produit avait un épais dépôt dans le fond, et une fois agité, il est devenus épais et granuleux alors qu’il devrait normalement avoir la texture d’un yaourt à boire plutôt fluide. 20 bouteilles de 50cl fichues et le service client qui me fait faire des aller-retours par mail et dans le chat… Je recommande très fortement de ne pas acheter.
